CHARPOY GI PIPE WITH PLYWOOD TOP Removing the existing unserviceable plywood top from charpoy GI Pipe with plywood top (FD-220) S&F 12 mm thick plywood commercial grade of size 1980 x 900 mm and rounded edges at four corners duly fixed with 08 Nos MS bolts and nuts 6mm dia 75 mm long with plate washers and fixing of SM conduit/clamp MNF set made of mild steel of 1.6 mm thick on legs all as specified and directed by Engr in charge

Removing the existing unserviceable stiffner from Charpoy GI Pipe with plywood top (FD-220) S&F 2 Nos flat iron stiffner 40x6x900 mm to be fixed paralled to short rail at uniform intervel bolt shall be direct drilled through from stiffners all as specified and directed by engr in Charge.

CHARPOY GI WITH NYLON NEWAR S/F plywood commercial 12mm thick of size 1980x900 mm with ISI mark duly supported with two numbers MS Iron Strip of size 40x6x900 mm fixed with bolt parallel to short rails at equal distance. Each charpoy shall be fixed with eight numbers bolt of size 75 mm x 6 mm drilled to pipe. MS Iron strips shalle be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of Zince chrome primer before fixing for the plywood including removing of old unserviceable nylon newar and all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charage.

Chair Visitor CWE/16085/5/9 SR 381 :- Removing old u/s seat of chair visiotr steel, supply and fix new seat with 12mm plywood (Commercial) of sieze 500x450 mm provide cool foam 40 density 50 mm thick duly stitched and nailed with PU Foam. Bottom of plywood shall be convered with cloth mulmul all as specified and directed Make; Cool foam, Kurlon Rexine: PU-Italian

Removing the old unserviceable back of chair visitor steel, S & F back frame made of 12 mm plywood of size 450x300 mm plywood with cool foam 32 density 50 mm thick duly stitched and fully covered with PU foam all as specified and directed

Removing old u/s arm rest S&F arm rest of size 375x50 mm fibre mould duly fixed with suitable screws all as specified and as directed (2 Nos per chair)

Spot continuous welding to broken legs/joints all as specified and directed

Apply one coat of paint enamel (OG) over a coat of Red Opxide primer after removing/scrapping old paint and provide 4 Nos Sq hard PVC bush (Black) to legs all as specified

Chair Varandah MAP ( FD/MAP/II/06) M&L Replacement of usnerviceable PVC Seat and Back wth 4 mm thick PVC Seat and Back ,weight not less than 1.85 Kg and grooves 10 nos of size 90mmx10mm shall be provided on seat and back wth rubber shoe all as specified and as directed.

CANNING TO VARIOUS TYPES OF CHAIRS Removing worn out cane from Chair dining (FD-279/16/18) recanning with new plastic cane of size 1.8mm width and 3.5mm for border all around including polishing complete all as specified and as directed.
