Providing and laying S&S centrifugally cast (Spun)/ductile iron piles conforming IS-8329 of 100 mm dia class K-7 pipes.

Supply and lay 3 layer (inner antimicrobial, outer UV stablized) ISI marked, IS-15801, PP-R pipes SDR 7.4 (PN-16) and PP-R plain fitting in trenches/wall/ceiling or laying in floor complete of size outer dia 75mm including fittings.

Supply and fix PPR wall valves (brass inser) of 110 mm bore

Supply and fix Valves, Sluice, flanged of class 1.6 PN 80 mm (3”) dia

Supply and fixing GI flange 100 mm suitable for fitting the pipes including nut bolts and gaskets complete

Repair to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under incl cutting the patch in proper shape, racking out joints and plastering the surface of the walls etc complete with CM (1:4) mix.

Distempering one coat with acrylic distemper on old surface of approved brand and manufacturer to given an even shade, incl removal of old distemper by scraping and preparing surface smooth and necessary repair to scratches etc complete.

Providing and Painting synthetic enamel paint one or more coats with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.

Making Plinth protection 50 mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 over 75 mm thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including finishing the top smooth.

Demolishing cement concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix) manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of materials within 50 m lead as per direction of Engineer – In – Charge.

Providing and laying of ceramic glazed wall tiles of approved make in all colours of any size in walls/skirting over 12 mm thick bed of CM (1:3) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm incl pointing the joints with white cement complete.

Providing and fixing water closet squatting pan (Indian type W.C. pan ) with 100 mm sand cast Iron P or S trap, 10 litre low level white P.V.C. flushing cistern, including flush pipe, with manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete, including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required: White Vitreous china Orissa pattern W.C. pan of size 580x440 mm with integral type foot rests.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles (size 600x600 mm), laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments. etc. complete.

Providing and fixing flush door shutter non decorative type, core block board of 35 mm thick incl stainless steel butt hinges etc complete.

Providing and fixing 35 mm thick wire gauge shutters using stainless steel grade 304 wire gauge with wire of wire of dia 0.5 mm and average width of aperture 1.4 mm in both directions for doors and windows with kiln seasoned and chemically treated teak wood.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of required shade on old work (one or more coats on existing cement paint surface applied).

Providing and laying of grading roof for water proofing treatment with cement concrete 1:2:4 with graded stone aggregates 20 mm nominal size.

Providing and laying water proofing treatment in bed of roof slab by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying (a) First layerof slurry of cement @ 0.488 Kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 Kg/sqm. This layer to air cure for 4 hrs minimum, (b) 2nd layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 126 kg/sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hrs minimum followed with water curing.

Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) 3 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with glass fibre matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane (MAKE : SIKA WP SHIELD 103 P) including painting with aluminium paint of approved brand.

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required.

Wiring for light/ power plug with 2X4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit alongwith 1 No. 4 sq. mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for loop earthing as required.

Supplying and fixing following piano type switch/ socket 15 Amps on the existing switch box/ cover including connections etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing brass batten/ angle holder includingconnection etc. as required.

Supply & fix fans ceiling complete with electronic type regulator and accessories 230 V,1200 mm sweep. BEE 5 star rated (Make : BAJAJ/ORIENT/LUMINUOUS)

Earthing of machinery/equipment Installed at power house/substation, using 25 x 3 mm copper strip and copper plate of size 300 x 300 x 3 mm, as earth electrode.

M/L replacement of 1000 LPH Membrane, Micron cartiges incl accessoires complete

Supply, laying and testing cable xlpe insulated, screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armored electric power cable (Heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded alumn conductor of size 240 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified.

Supply and fix LT switch gear 440 volts 3phase 4 wire 50 cycles, cubical or truck type complete with air circuit breaker, overhead protection, no volt release with necessary CTs, meter and cable boxes of rating upto 800 Amps complete all as specified and directed.(Near MT )
