Charges for decoupling the Alum dozing pump from motor, the liquid well assembly, speed reduction assembly, plunger and the pump bodies & connected flanges and draining the oil from the Alum dozing pump.

Charges for dismantling the crosshead piston connecting rod, plunger assembly, valve, valve seats, removing the well crank plate, removal of sleeve for cross head, removal of the bearings properly, dismantling of worm & worm wheel assemblies, cleaning, inspection of all the above parts for wear & replacement if necessary and reassembling all the above after overhauling as per the procedure.

Charges for inspection of couplings, coupling pads & replacing if necessary, coupling the motor & liquid well assembly, Filling of oil in the sump, assembling the speed reduction assembly, connecting the plunger and the pump bodies and connected flanges, checking of alignment with the motor and successful commissioning of the pump. Cleaning & painting the complete pump assembly & Base structure, painting the connected pipelines and painting of the pump base concrete structure. with Oil Distemper inclusive of charges (Paint under contractor scope)

Charges for decoupling the agitator gearbox from motor, agitator stirring shaft, blades, placing aside the gearbox for overhauling, cleaning, inspection, renewal of bearings, oil seal, other spares in Alum dosing agitator gearboxes & it’s connected stirring shaft, blades, attending any defect, rectifying the same and assembling, coupling with motor and checking the operation of agitator. (Oil seal under contractor scope)

Charges for dismantling the existing eroded 1” G.I Pipe line in lime softener house.

Charges for dismantling the existing damaged 1” PVC Pipe line in lime softener house.

Charges for laying of 1” UPVC line & 1” G.I pipe line which includes cutting and joining of pipes along with supports, clamps and screws required for laying the pipe.

Charges for fixing and joining of 1” UPVC & 1” G.I bend, rdeuser, elbow, TEE, flange, Union, valve & NRV in the 1” UPVC pipe & 1” G.I pipe as instructed by site in charge which includes solvent for joining with the pipe.

Charges for cleaning and removing the hard layer of alum and other debris sticking on the tank wall, tank area, alum dosing pump floor, loading and disposal of removed alum layer and debris to nearby garbage pit, applying of one coat of primer using white cement and two coats of oil bound distemper (white/green) on the inner walls and bottom surface of the alum tank, concrete structure adjacent to alum tank & alum dosing pump floor, includes labour charges, lead, lift etc.,

Charges for painting with two coats of Enamel Grey paint on Agitator gear boxes, Golden Yellow/Black paint on handrails and Heat Resistant Aluminum paint on old G.I corrugated sheets in Clarifier III&IV.

Cost of SS 317 bolt of size M 10x 65 mm with double washer.

Cost of 1” UPVC pipe, Sch.80 of approved make of Ashirvad, Finolex.

Cost of 1” UPVC Flange with gasket, Sch.80 of approved make of Ashirvad, Finolex.

Cost of 1” UPVC ball Valve, Sch.80 of approved make of Ashirvad, Finolex.
