(b) Apply two coats of POWERCRETE of Dr FIXIT or equivalant as approved at the rate of 500g /Sqm area for each coat to obtained minimum of thickness of 1mm including grouting of drain out pipe with above chemical. ( after the application of each coat let the surface dry for 5 hrs) (c) Apply 3mm thick APP membrane with Torchen method. complete all as spesified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection,subbase etc.complete all as spesified and directed.

M & L for chequered cement concrete tiles (glossy finish) (40 cm x 40 cm) x 25 mm thick set ,jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigment laid over 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 60 mm thick machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block (glossy finish) of M-35 Gde of approved shape, size & colour confirming to IS 15658-2006 with grey cement and pigment over a 25mm thick sand cushioning complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as spesified and directed.

M & L for Running welding in repairs thickness of metal to be welded n.exc 6mm complete all as spesified and directed.
