Racking out & drawing out of OCB from HT panel after tripping the OCB manually & keeping the OCB in a workable position inside the room.

Dismantling of 11 kV OCB the rack from the housing, opening the necessary the component, carbonised portion, changing of rubber gasket, defective parts, all mechanism parts and lubricating the mechanism, opening of C.T., electrical connection,panel wiring etc. for satisfactory & operation.

Taking out the P.T (11KV/110V) HT OCB Panel and thorough , washing the interior portion with carbon tetachloride after taking out the from P.T. housing and desired IR.value re-fixing the P.T. as per direction of E.I.C

Cleaning of H.T. spout with dry cotton & CTC/CRC to make dust free after discharging the store charges using discharg earth rod, Checking of bus-bar first step totally remove the faulty carbon by C.T.C & petrol after dismantling the incomming H.T cable joints,Bas-bar sleevs tightness of various jumpers and spares etc.

The rotary auxilliary mechanism have to be checked properly & adjustment of all linkage for proper function. Removing of pitting from H.T. finger contact with CTC/CRC & hot oil jet & refilling of oil tank including other dismanlted parts. & Adjustment of all linkage and contact movement of H.T. Breaker

Supply & Delivery fitting & fixing of indicating lamp (LED type) (make Vishno / L&T).

Supply & fixing digital type Square Voltmeter (AE/ reputed make) as per existing specification and P.T. ratio

Supply & fixing digital type Square Ammeter (AE/ reputed make) as per existing specification and C.T. ratio

Dismantling, Servicing, cleaning, testing, and calibration of the over current , Earth fault , differential relay, under voltage relay, master trip relay (CDG 61, VAJH 13 & VAA 11, VAX 31, CAG 14 ) .

Opening the top cover & disconnecting the L.V & H.V connection form bushing the core & coil assembly to be lifted form the transformer tank & dismantling of the core & coil assembling to be kept on a proper place with help of chain pulley block etc.

Drawing out of the existing transformer oil form inside the 750 KVA 3 ph 11KV transformer tank & preserve the same in the required number of 1080Ltrs capacity barrels

Removing of sludge from the tank core & coil etc. by CTC brush etc. as per direction & satisfaction of E-I-C

Re-fixing of transformer core & coil assembly in the tank & re-connection the both the HV & LV connection as pre direction of the E-I-C.

Dehydration & filtration of power Transformer oil to raise the dielectric strength to the value specified in IS including submission of test result. The cost including man ,machinary, and tools & plant hire charges to complete the at site as per direction of the EIC.

Taking out sample of oil and carrying out chemical test of oil in respect of its acidity test through reputed test house according to specification and submission of test result.

Opening the transformer breather and re fifling the same after changing the silica gel including the supply of necessary gasket and silica gel.

Supply of new HT & LT bushing

Supply of Transformer oil (Electro Brand) for topping up.

Inspectionn, checking , testing, wirirng & calibration of Buchholz relays (type: GOR-1) with having specification of 50 m.m,2 pole, 5 Amp,230 volt A.c. After completion of TEST COCK & AIR VENT test terminate all the cable leads as per existing way and refixing the top cover, side cover gourd bar etc of the transformer after cleaning properly and as per direction of EIC Testing And Commissioning Of Transformer As Per Direction Of EIC

Supply, fitting, fixing & setting the ( Temp.) instrument to save moisture form the weather at the transformer top cover joint portion including supply & fitting of terminal & cover box including Cu Stud-3 nos.

Spray painting of outside surface of the transformer with one coat red oxide primer & two coat of synthetic enameled make after proper cleaning of the said transformer.
