The Contractor should have satisfactorily completed as prime contractor for at-least one similar nature of work such as Improvements to Ayacut Road/WBM Road Works of value not less than Rs. 203.00 Lakhs (usually not less than 50% of the amount put to Tender) of the last Five Preceding Financial Years (2021-22 to 2025-26) - Work done certificate should be obtained from the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer. Work done certificate should be in the prescribed form as in K/W-4 (Section 3: 1.3).(The cost of completed work of the previous year shall be updated to 2026-27 by giving weightage of 10% per year to bring it to the price level of financial year in which the tenders are invited).

As per Clause 3.3 (a) of K/W-4- The intending bidder/firm/company should furnish the details of required Machinery/Equipments as mention below. Details like RC,FC Lease Agreement should contain the Vehicle Name with valid R.C. etc., for Current year for the above said work to be uploaded 1.Tippers-04 Nos Own/Lease 2. Vibratory Roller-01 Nos Own/Lease. 3. Excavator/Hitachi-02 Nos Own/Lease, 4. Ajax /Concrete Mixer-01 Nos Own/Lease. 5. Water Tank Mounted with Tractor/Truck-02 Nos Own/Lease

As per Clause 3.2 (c) of K/W-4 - The Contractor should have executed in any one financial year the minimum quantities of work not less (usually 80% of the estimated quantities in any one year, (for a usually 80% of the peak annual rate of construction) in the last five preceding financial years (2021-22 to 2025-26). Quantities should be in the prescribed form as in K/W-4 (Section 3: 1.4) (1) Embankment/Shoulders-20361.00 Cum, (2) Cement Concrete-183.00 Cum, (3) WBM (G-I&GII)-7401.00 Cum, (4) Steel-3.64 Tonne

The tenderer shall scan the original and valid Registration certificate from KPWD/CPWD for this bid and upload the same

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in his name should have in the last five years i.e.2021-22 to 2025-26. Achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of Rs. 812.00 Lakhs, at 2026-27 Price level. Note: Annual turnover certificate by Chartered Accountant and audited balance sheets for last five years along with Income tax returns shall be uploaded. Financial turnover of previous years will be given a weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the 2026-27 price level (usually not less than two times the Amount put to tender). The tenderer shall scan the original documents for this bid and upload the same(If UDIN Number not mentioned treated as incomplete and rejected)

The Contractor who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria will only be qualified if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value.The available tender capacity will be calculated as under (Assessed available tender capacity A X N X 1.5 -B) (1) A-Maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five financial years (updated to 2026-27 price level) taking into account the completed as well as works in progress. (2) N-Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which Tenders are invited. (180/365 Days) (3) B-Value, at 2026-27 price level, of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the next 180 Days period of completion of the works for which Tenders are invited Note: The statements showing the value of existing commitments and on-going works as well as the stipulated period of completion remaining for each of the works listed should be countersigned by the Employer in charge, not below the rank of an Executive Engineer or equivalent& Audited balance sheets mentioning UDIN number should be mandatorily uploaded along with tender, failing with which tender will be liable for rejection
