Laying and Jointing PVC Pipe. Heading

P/F fully Anodized aluminium fixed glazing with HINDALCO or equivalent extruded standard sections14gauge (2.41mm thick) of various cross sections and joints mitred and jointed as shown in drawing including providing & fixing 5.5 mm thick toughened glass with Neoprene beading & aluminium glazing clips all around. The minimum thickness of anodizing on all aluminium sections should be 20 microns with a (+) 2 microns tolerance . The rate should include the cost of fixing the aluminum frame on Teak wood frame or finished wall (RB/RCC/Masonry) surface by means of 80 mm long approved counter sunk screws provided at 500 mm c/c or part there of starting from 100 mm above the bottom in vertical member and 100 mm from both the ends of horizontal top and bottom member excluding cost of Teak frame but including cost of all other material, labour, tools & plants etc. complete.

Same as above item No-01 but for openable window portion as shown in drawings, including cost of Aluminium hinges and all other fittings like concealed tower bolts handles etc of approved quality and including cost of all other material, labour, tools & plants etc. complete.

Same as in item No. 2 but for openable gate/door portion as shown in drawings including cost of hinges and Aluminium fittings like tower bolts, handles, stoppers, push plates, brass body with brass component 6 levers cocealed lock etc of heavy & approved quality and including cost of all other material, labour, tools & plants etc. complete.

Supply and fixing Anodized Aluminium Window fittings like 2 no 100 mm handles,2 no 150 mm tower bolt, 1 no stopper including all materials, labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Applying BIRLA PUTTY or equivalent putty on previousaly bila putty smoothen surface over one cost of water base cement primer of ICI or equivalent brand for smoothining and leveling of the surface as per requirement and direction of E/I including cost of all material , labour and T&P required for proper completion of work.

Painting one coat with Acrylic emulsion paint of Berger/ Asian/ ICI or equivalent paint (Paint and water in the ratio 1:1 by volume) on on previously painted surface over prepared and primed surface of cement concrete, cement plaster and bricks including all labour, material and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work, (preparation of base with Birla putty etc. and a coating of primer shall be paid extra) .

Same as above in Item No-6 but for every coat after first coat of Acrylic emulsion paint of Berger/ Asian/ ICI or equivalent paint.

Scrapping old white or colour wash or distemper including disposal of refuse as directed by the Engineer-I/C within a distance of 60 M.

Providing and fixing sun-film of Gareware or equivalent make on glass panes of door and window shutters including cost of all materials,labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing false ceiling at all heights with integral densifiedr Armstrong false ceiling tiles of Size 595x595 x12 mm of approved texture, design and patterns having NRC (Noise Reduction coefficient) of 0.50 (minimum) as per IS 8225:1987, Light reflectance of 85% (minimum). Non combustible as per BS:476 (part-4), fire performance as perBS:476 (part 6 &7), humidity resistance of 100%, thermal conductivity < 0.043 W/m K as per ASTM 518:1991, in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking metal powder coated T-Grid of hot dipped galvanised iron section of 0.40 mm thick on Silhouette profile,rotary stiched double webbed white with 6 SUB HEAD : 26- NEW TECHNOLOGIES AND MATERIALS 1632 mm reveal profile white/black),comprising of main-T runners of size 15x42 mm of length 3000 mm, cross - T of size 15x42 mm of length 1200 mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 15x42 mm of length 600mm to form grid module of size 600 x 600 mm, suspended from ceiling using galvanised mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per sqm) i.e. 50 mm long, 8 mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6 mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000 mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2 mm. Galvanised iron perimeter wall angle of size 22x19x0.40 mm of length 3000 mm to be fixed on periphery wall / partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450 mm center to center and 40mm long dry wall S.S screws. The work shall be carried out as per specifications, drawing and as per directions of the Engineer-in- Charge. 26.23.1 With 12 mm thick Armstrong Miniral Fobre Sound Absorbing Sheet including cost of all materials,labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Replacing of old damage lock with new one of approved quality for suitable fixing in Cabainet/work station as approved by Engineer-In Charge.

Replacing of old damage Handle with new one of approved quality for suitable fixing in Cabinet/workstation as approved by Engineer-In Charge.

Repairing of revolving chair with the help of repacement hydrolic , base plate etc including cost of all material, Labour T&P Required for proper completion of the work .

Repairing of old cushioned officer chair at SB Extn building, removing of old damage upholstery then wooden frame repairing and re-polishing, upholstery of new 75 mm thick sleepwell foam 32 denstry on seat and back side of chair using 50 mm thick sleepwell foam 32 denstry, The work includes cost of all labour, material and T&P etc

Replacing of old damage Keyboard with new one of approved quality Steel Keyboard for suitable fixing in workstation as approved by Engineer-In Charge.

Repairing of wooden cabinet door fitted at diffrent cabin .door made with 19 mm swastik board then proper fiinsh with the help of 1mm thick laminate after then one no lock and one no handle fitted in cupboard ,The work include cost of all labour,material T&P required for proper completion of work

Providing & fixing mm toughned glass Partition with 12 mm modi float glass fixed edge to edge as per design and drawing and polished where reqired along with neccesry hardware all complete as per drawing ,specification and direction as approved by E/I

Providing& making & fixing of Wall Panneling as per drawing from claded with 12mm water proof & Fire Retardent ply & final surface to be finised with 5.5 mm thick MDF & 1mm Laminate complete with painted or polished as per the approved desin all complete as per drawing, specification and direction as approved by E/I .
