Construction of Road from Venkatammanahalli to Muthyalamma Temple in Pavagada Taluk

Minimum financial turnover (civil engineering construction works) not less than two times the annual payments from this contract (Rs. xxxxx Lakhs)

Satisfactoriy completed (atleast 90%) as prime contractor at-least one such similar work of value not less than Rs. xxxxxxx (80% of estimated cost of tender)

Executed in any one year the following minimum quantities of work (Cement Concrete - xxxx cum, Earthwork - xxxx cum, etc) (80% of peak rate of construction)

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid Electrical License for executing building electrificatio works and should have executed similar electrical works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply / sanitary engineering works and should have executed similar works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Owning the following key and critical equipment for this work (xxxx, xxxx, xxxx)

Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs. xxxxxx Lakhs (estimated cash flow for 3 months of peak construction period)

Total value of civl engineering works executed and payments received in the last five years (year-wise)

List of existing commitments and ongoing works

List of works for which tenders already submitted

Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditor’s reports for the last five years

Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

3.2To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e., 2021-22 to 2025-26 (b) satisfactorily completed as prime contractor, at least one similar Nature of work construction of road such that the value not less than Rs.158.55 Lakhs

3.2To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e. 2021-22 to 2025-26 ) (b) executed in any one financial year, the following minimum quantities of work:1.Earth Work Excavation / Embankment / Sub grade & earthen Shoulders:6448.00 Cum (2) WMM/GSB/ WBM:5056.00 Cum (3) DBM/BC/SDBC/BM: 664.00Cum 4) PCC/RCC: 410.00 CUM should be countersigned by the employer in charge, not below the rank of an executive engineer or equivalent

3.5 Tenderers who meet the specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under AxNx1.5-B, Where A-Maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years (updated to 2026-27 price level) taking into account the completed as well as works in progress. N-Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which the tenders are invited. B-Value at 2026-27 price level of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the next 06 months (period of completion of the works for which Tenders are invited)

3.3 Each Tenderer should further demonstrate: a) Availability by owning/ Lease/ Hire basis the following key and critical equipment for this work: For Lease/ Hire basis- relevant documents (commitment agreements etc., shall be scanned and uploaded) (Minimum 50% of the required machinery should be owned by the Tenderer. Remaining 50% of the required machinery may be owned / procurred on Lease basis / Hire basis.) a) Owned 1. Hot Mix Plant (Minimum Capacity 40-60TPH) : 1 No. 2. Asphalt Paver Finisher: 1 No. 3. Soil Vibratory Compactor : 1 No. 4. Asphalt Vibratory Compactor : 1 No. 5. Static Roller: 1 No. 6. Tipper / HGV: 2 Nos. 7. Excavator: 1 No. 8. Vehicle Mounted Bitumen Sprayer:1 No. b) Machineries could be on Lease/Hire/Own : 1. Static Road Roller: 1 No. 2 .Tipper / HGV: 2 No. 3. Excavator: 1 No. 4. Motor Grader: 1 No. Note:-For the vehicles / machineries / equipments for which RTO registration is statutory, for such vehicles / machineries / equipments the contractor should upload the Registration Certificate documents issued by RTO. For machineries and other equipments for which RTO registration is not applicable, for such machineries and equipments, purchase invoice document should be uploaded. If there is sale deed for such machineries and equipments, original invoice along with registered sale deed should be uploaded

3.2 To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e.,2021-22 to 2025-26 (a) achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of Rs.634.20 Lakhs Note: The returns submitted to the I.T. along with the Profit and Loss account Statement, balance sheet should be uploaded for the financial turnover criteria attested by registered Chartered Accountant

Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs.158.55 Lakhs Credit lines/ letter of credit/ certificates from Nationalized / Scheduled banks. Note:-LOC / K-form for the stipulated amount should be submitted in the prescribed format Line of Credit
