Providing staff round the clock and T&P required for a period of one year for repair , maintenance and operation of all type of electrical fixtures , fans, pumps, D G Sets High Mast ,electrical panels , feeder pillars , cables network and other accessories (as per list enclosed) installed at APMC Najafgarh. The minor items i.e. PVC tape, Nut bolt washers for execution work shall be provided by the contractors. The minimum staff to be deployed by the contractor shall be as under: a) Wireman Gd-1 1 No. b) D.G. /Pump Operators 2 Nos. c) Khallasi 1 No.

Comprehensive AMC of following installations ie repair/replacement of all major/ minor parts shall be provided by the contractor.

Booster pumps 20 H P with motor & starter control panels ( 2 NOS)

Submersible pumps 7.5 & 5 H P with motor & starter control panels ( 2 NOS)

Vacuum pumps 5 H P with motor & starter control panels ( 1 NOS)

Booster pumps 7.5 H P with motor & starter control panels ( 2 NOS)

Vacuum pumps 1 H P with motor & starter control panels ( 1 NOS)

Taking out of defective submersible pump set from bore well along with pipes/ cable etc from the depth of 35 mtr approx as required.

Installation of repaired submersible pump set i/c nut bolts, rubber gasket etc. alongwith pipes/cable in existing borewel etc. as required

Annual Comprehensive Maintenance i/c B & C Check twice a year of capacity 25 KVA DG sets complete with supplying & replacement of parts i/c Spin filter, primer element, Secondary element, Engine oil, Fuel pipe exhaust inlet gasket, water separator, water hose sets, De-scaling of radiator, Cu-washer etc. as per scope of work and when required. Make-Kirloskar NOTE:-Diesel oil will be provided by department.

Annual Maintenance i/c B&C Check twice a year of capacity 62.5 KVA DG sets complete with supplying & replacement of parts i/c Spin filter, primary element, Secondary element, Engine oil, Fuel pipe exhaust inlet gasket, water , separator, water hose sets, De-scaling of radiator, Cu-washer etc. as per scope of work and when required. Make-Kirloskar NOTE:-Diesel oil will be provided by department.

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade Upto 35 sq. mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle)on wall surface as required.

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade Above 35 sq. mm and upto 95 sq. mm (clamped with 25x3mm MS flat clamp) on wall surface as required.

Dismantling & Re-erection & commissioning of the 20 Mtr High mast lighting tower on the existing RCC foundation with the assisting of suitable size/capacity crane after attending fixing/repairing/replacement work.

Erection of metallic pole above 10 mtr and upto 12 mtr length in cement concrete 1:3:6 fondation including excavation and refilling etc as required.

Dismantling of pole/street light standard/ strut embedded in brick ballast foundation etc. as required.

Supply of following genuine & approved ISI marked material as and when required during the contract period. The price should be including all taxes and cartage.
