The work of dismantling of burnt/damaged old 11 KV incoming/outgoing VCB switchgears & installation of new 11 KV incoming/outgoing VCB switchgears at 33/11 KV Sub-Station, GIRWAN due to avoiding the problems of low-voltage & any time tripping at EDSD, ATARRA under BUSINESS PLAN Year 2019-20 as per passed package no. 54, 55, 56 & 63/BND/BP/2019-20 under EDD, BANDA, detail of the work as given below :-
Dismantling of burnt/damage 11 KV 01 no. incoming & 03 no. outgoing switchgears from control room to out side of 33/11 KV Sub-Station, GIRWAN.
Loading of damaged 11 KV 01 no. incoming & 03 no. outgoing switchgear on the vehicle by crain & labour etc. at 33/11 KV Sub-Station, GIRWAN.
Cartage of damage 11 KV 01 no. incoming & 03 no. outgoing from 33/11 KV Sub-Station, GIRWAN to ESC, Banda.
Unloading of burnt/damage 01 no. 11 KV incoming & 03 no. outgoing switchgears from the vehicle by crain & labour etc. at ESC, Banda.
Safely loading of new 11 KV 01 no. incoming & 03 no. outgoing switchgear (VCB) on the vehicle by crain & labour etc. at ESC, Banda.
Safely cartage of new 11 KV 01 no. incoming & 03 no. outgoing switchgear (VCB) from ESC, Banda to 33/11 KV Sub-Station, GIRWAN.
Safely unloading of new 11 KV 01 no. incoming & 03 no. outgoing switchgears (VCB) by crain & labour etc. at 33/11 KV Sub-Station, GIRWAN.
Shifting carefully and safely new 11 KV 01 no. incoming & 03 no. outgoing switchgear (VCB) in control room with grouting of match switchgear front of foundation bolt in CC 1:2:4 ratio, including cutting CC in floor and its finishing as per direction of site engineer, includes the work of fixing switchgear on foundation bolt with nut in proper position and alignment and checking complete work as per schedule and RESSPO drawing.
Earthing opening of old VCB & new 11 KV Switchgear (VCB) pannel by welding & Nut-Bolts as per RESSPO Manual etc.
