Taking down cement plaster any description.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick walls or concrete surfaces in two layers (10 mm thick bottom layer & top layer 5mm thick), mixed with water proofing compound in top layer by weight of cement or as per manufacturer instructions, finished even & fair without using extra cement all complete as specified and as directed.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster on other than fair surfaces of brick work in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick cement plaster on ceiling cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying three coats of white washing on new plastered surfaces of ceiling including preparation complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Preparation of newly plasterd wall surface apply two coat of cement based paint over a one coat of wall primer plastered and other surface with alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L preparing of newly plastered surfaces of wall , pillasters, cornices etc and applying two coats of coloured acrylic water emulsion paint over a coat of precoated treatement as manufacturer instruction complete all as specified.

M & L for preparation of newly plaster surfaces of Walls and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of Primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for three coats of white wash on newly plastered surfaces of wall including preparations complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M & L non-skid / mat finish coloured joint free ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L vitrified ceramic tiles 09 to 10mm thick light shade (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 Sqm in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

M&L glazed ceramic coloured tiles, 300mmx200mm x 7 mm thick on vertical surfaces such as dados , skirting and risers to steps etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick backing coat to receiving to wall tiles in Cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed

M&L Granite stone 18- 20 mm thick(of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) for wall lining (Veneering to wall) and laid on cill of parapit wall over 12 mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite colour as per direction of GE

Demolition of Brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L Brick work with sub class 'B' modular brick straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling PVC water tanks Exc 250 ltrs but not 500 ltrs removing from the site .

S & F 500 Ltrs capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks, (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position, all as specified in SSR part I complete all as specified and directed

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt and elgy using wire/jute from inside of RCC /PVC tanks and connected pipe removing to a distance of not less than 250 mtrs,washing the tank/ipe with bleaching powder solution and finally applying 2% potassium permangnate solution for disinfection,including marking with black/white paint on white/black base on tank "Tank cleaned on________Dt________" exc 250 litre & n.exc 500 litre complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for reparing of RCC projection, chajjas,roofs,facia, colum etc by necessary preparation i.e scrapping ,cutting,chiseling,derusting and cleaning exposed reinforecement, surfaces of damaged, loose RCC surfaces and applying one coat of cement slurry and filling the surfaces with cement concrete (1: 1-1/2: 3) using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate and reinforeced with welded mesh of weight exc 2Kg per sqm but n.exc 3Kg/sqm with or without facia and finished exc 5sqm each and thickness of RCC using coarse sand in patches area not each and thickness of RCC member n.exc 70mm at any height complete all as specified. Note : - Cost of formwork and welded mesh shall be deemed to be included.

M & L for Roughening / taking down existing roof treatment surfaces including plaster over old concrete roof by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc. all as specified and directed.

M & L Brushing neat cement slurry with 3 Kg of cement per Sqm for bonding of old concrete surface to new concrete/plaster surfaces complete.

M & L Cutting out cracks to 6 mm wide 'V' section in existing roofs or terrace (if cracks > 2.5 mm wide), cleaning out, wetting, grouting with and including chemical compound SUPER LATEX of DR. FIXIT of PIDILITE INDUSTRIES LTD or SBR LATEX of STP LTD,, water and cement in the proportion of (1:4:7) by weight mix or as per manufacturers instructions all as specified and directed complete.

M & L PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) mixed with integral waterproofing chemical PIDIPROOF LW of DR FIXIT of PIDILTE INDUSTRIES LTD or STP No. 1 (LIQUID) of STP LTD @ 200 millilitre per 50 Kg per cement, as in padding on roof surface for correcting / making proper slope on roof, and finishing the surfaces fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified. Note:- Liquid WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L 10 mm thick rendering in CM (1:3) mixed with integral water proofing chemical compound PIDIPROOF LW of DR FIXIT of PIDILITE INDUSTRIES LTD or STP No 1 (liquid) of STP Ltd @ 200 mililitre per 50 Kg cement as per manufacturers instructions over concrete surface and finishing the surface fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified.Note:- Liquid WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.Make:- SUPER LATEX or DR. FIXIT of PIDILITE INDUSTRIES LTD and PIDIPROOF LW of DR FIXIT of PIDILITE INDUSTRIES LTD or equivalent make as approved by GE.

Water proofing treatment on "Non approachable / non accessible roof" surface (Horizontal & Vertical surfaces) in following sequence through manufacturer / authorized applicator of the manufacturer all as specified and directed complete. (i) Properly cleaning and drying concrete surfaces. (ii) Applying a coat of oxidised bitumen based solvent primer 0.3 Kg / Sqm. (iii) APP based polymeric membrane of 3 mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric laid with 100 mm over laps sealed and bounded to the surfaces by 'torchon' method. (iv) Applying coat of bitiminous aluminium paint @ 200 Gram / Sq M (minimum) in two coats.

Demolition lime Concrete (un-reinforced) of any descriptions in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for appline one prime coat acrylic polymer modified water proofing coating (Brushbabd of FOSROC or equivalent) and over that two coats of acrylic polymer modified two component elastomeric water proofing membrance coating (Brush band of fosroc mate or equivalent) complete all as specified as per manufacturers instruction as directed by engineer-in-charge.Make:- Fosroc,Sika,Dr fixit Note :-1 . This item shall only be executed through level 4 or level 5 certified and authorised applicator of the company. 2. A warranty for 5 yerars in the form of written agreement shall be submitted by the contractor. 3.The rate quoted by the contractor shall include all the provision mention in this item including notes. 4. Applying 15-20mm thick protection plaster 1:3(Cement : Sand) ration on vertical and horizonal areas admixed with Dr.Fixit Pidiproof LW Plus(Conforming IS 2645 2003) @200ml per bag of cement.

M & L PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in mas concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for water proofing treating on wall in 02 coats(separate coats) with polymer latex based chemical having hydroshield properties(Technology) and superior anti carbonation properties (consists of polyalkelene fibre network with excellent water repellency)with film thickness of 120mm per coat all as specified as per manufacturers instruction as directed by Engineer-in-charge directed. Make:- Dulux (aquetek) or equvilent in Pidelite or Asian Paints Note :-1 . This wk shall be executed throught authorised applicator from the company. 2. A warranty for 5 year shall be submitted by the contractor to the dept. 3.Item includes preparation of surface i.e cleaning with wire brush washing of surfaces etc.

M & L for crack filling(Crack of width > 2.5mm) with acrylic based crack fillers with uniband based technology(shrinkage free propertions) including preparation of crack i.e cutting the edges of crack in V-shape to receive the filling all as specified by manufacturers instruction in 02 coats complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.Make:- Dulux (aquetek) or equvilent in Pidelite Note :-1 . This wk shall be executed throught authorised applicator from the company. 2. A warranty for 5 yerar shall be submitted by the contractor tothe dept. 3.Item includes preparation of surface i.e cleaning with wire brush washing of surfaces etc.
