Supply & delivery of Non-Inverter type split Air-conditioner machine having cooling capacity not less than 3500W,ISSER 3.8 to 4.39,BEE rating not less than 3 star,Noise level not more than 50db. This Split Air Conditioning machine fitted with Rotary compressors, LCD remote & all other accessories suitable for Refrigerant-R32/R410A. (0-General /Daikin/Hitachi/Mitsubishi Electric/Mitsubishi Heavy Industries as per approved by EIC/authority). (NS)

Installation, testing & commissioning of the above said split AC machine incl supply & Fixing required angle iron structure on wall for placing outdoor unit & mending good the damages as per Direction of EIC.

Distribution wiring in 1.1 KV single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire (Brand approved by EIC) in 20mm size PVC rigid conduit 'FR' (Precision make) incl. necy. fittings as required. 2 x 36/0.3 (2.5 sqmm) + 1 x 22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) ECC.

Supply & laying 1.1 kv grade,3 Core , 4 sqmm flexible copper cable with screw, Saddle,nut bolt etc all necessary items needed for connection.( from starter to AC outdoor connection) ( Make- havells/KEI/Polycab/Finolex as per approved by EIC) (NS)

Supply & laying 20 mm dia, PVC Pipe (heavy type) incl. Fitting accessories for water drainage.

Supply & Fixing 240 V, 25 A, Modular type starter (Brand approved by EIC) with 25A Modular switch type DP MCB (CCurve) and 4 Module GI Modular type switch board with 4 Module top cover plate flushed in wall incl. S&F switch board and cover plate and making necy. connections with PVC Cu wire and earth continuity wire etc.

Supply & Fixing 240 V, 25 A, 3 pin Modular type plug socket (Brand approved by EIC), without plug top and switch with 2 Module GI Modular type switch board with top cover plate flushed in wall and making necy. connections with PVC Cu wire and earth continuity wire etc.

Supply & Fixing 240 V,25 A, 3 pin Modular type plug top with indicator (Brand approved by EIC) & necy. Connections.

Supply and delivery of following 1.1 KV grade XLPE armoured cables (Make:Polycab/Havells/RR Kabel/ Gloster/Mescab) 2 Core 10 Sqmm.

Laying of cable upto 2 core 10 sqmm on wall/surface incl. S & F MS saddles with earthing attachment in 10 SWG GI (Hot Dip) Wire, making holes etc. as necy. mending good damages and painting.

Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of XLPE/PVC armoured cables as below. 2 Core 10 sqmm

Finishing the end of following XLPE/PVC armoured cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials. 2 Core 10 sqmm

Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level as below: By ISI-Medium GI pipe.

Supplying & fixing earth busbar of galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat 40 mm x 6 mm on wall having clearance of 6 mm from wall including providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulators etc. as required.

Connecting the equipments to earth busbar including S & F GI (Hot Dip) wire of size as below on wall/floor with staples buried inside wall/floor as required and making connection to equipments with bolts, nuts, washers, cable lugs etc. as required and mending good damages. Solid GI wire. No. 4 SWG.
