Light/Fan/Exhaust Fan Point wiring

Supply & making One Light point/fan point/exhaust fan point/call bell point controlled by one modular type switches, 6 Amps 230 Volts with 1.5 sqmm, P.V.C. insulated, copper FRLS type conductor multi stranded wire of 1100/660 Volts grade in heavy duty P.V.C. pipe with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 Sq mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core etc. including all accessories such as bends, J.B,tees, ceiling rose, batten holder etc. required for point wiring work. The pipe shall be laid concealed in wall; partially it may be flush to the wall as per site requirement.

Add to the above Item-1 for each addition on only light points on the same switch circuit including all materials required for such wiring work.

Wiring for twin control light point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, 2 way modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc as required.

Supply & making One (half point) with 5 pin, 6 Amps modular socket controlled by 6 Amps switch modular type on the same board with other switches with 1.5 sqmm, PVC. insulated,copper FRLS type conductor, multi stranded wire.

Rewiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable and 1.5 sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable as earth wire in existing surface/ recessed steel/PVC conduit including dismantling as required.

Sub-Main/Circuit/Power Point Wiring

Wiring for circuit /submains wiring alonghwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface /recessed heavy duty class PVC conduit as required.

Supplying and drawing following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required.

Power Point

Supply and Fixing Following modules GI Box along with modular base & cover plate for modular switches in recess etc as required. The work includes removing of old damaged boxes and coveer plate etc.

Supply and Fixing Following modular switch/socket on the existing modular plate & switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc as required.

AC Power Point: Supply & Fixing suitable size GI Box with Modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess including proving and fixing 20/25A modular socket and 25A modular SP MCB "C curve including connection, AC plug top, painting etc. as required.

LAN/Telephone Point

Supply and fixing of 25MM of Heavy class PVC conduit and dressing of LAN/WAN/telephone cable along with accessories in surface/recess including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required. (Make: AKG/CAP/Anchor/MODI)

Supply and Fixing Following modular switch/socket on the existing modular plate & switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc as required.

MCB DB

Supplying and fixing following way, single pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 240 volts, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. The wire/cable termination must be done with Copper/aluminium bullet type lug as per requirement (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator).

Supply and fixing following way, horizontal type three pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 415 volts, on surface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. The wire/cable termination must be done with Copper/aluminium bullet type lug as per requirement (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator).

Supplying and fixing of following ways surface/ recess mounting, vertical type, 415 volts, TPN MCB distribution board of sheet steel, dust protected, duly powder painted, inclusive of 200 amps tinned copper bus bar, common neutral link, earth bar, din bar for mounting MCB's (but without MCB's and incomer ) as required . (Note : Vertical type MCB TPDB is normally used where 3 phase outlets are required.)

Supply and fixing SP, 5 amps to 32 amps rating, 240/415 volts, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supply and fixing Following rating , Double pole, 230 volts, isolator in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supply and fixing Following rating, four pole, 415 volts, isolator in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Power Cable/ Streel light cable

Supply/Laying

Supply & Laying of XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed Armored, 1.1 KV grade, Aluminium conductor power cable, conforming to IS 7098 (Part-I). Concealed cabling can be done to cut/chase the wall/floor, after laying of cable wall/floor shall be finished as original & if cable laid on wall then use clamps for fixing the cable. Cable to be laid as required at site and as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

a) Size of cable 2 core x 16 sqmm

b) Size of cable 4 core x 10 sqmm

c) Size of cable 4 core x 25 sqmm

Supply & Laying of XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed Armored, 1.1 KV grade, Aluminium conductor power cable, conforming to IS 7098 (Part-I). Laying XLPE cable shall be done in HDPE heavy duty pipe of required size direct in ground including excavaion (minimum 80 cm), sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench as required as per standard code of practice as and per direction of EIC.

a) Size of cable 4 core x 16 sqmm

Only Laying/dressing of of XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed Armored, 1.1 KV grade, Aluminium conductor power cable, conforming to IS 7098 (Part-I) upto 185 sqmm. The work includes dressing of cables by clipping, clamping, tieing etc required for proper routing of cables, if required in the tray, conduit etc shall be mounted for proper routing (tray shall be provided by HAL). Cable to be laid as requirement at site and as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Straightening of leaning street light pole (9 mtr Long Tubular Pole), including muffing, welding etc as per requirement to straighten the pole and as per direction of EIC.

Replacement of cable outgoing GI pipe for pole boxes with 2 inch heavy duty PVC pipe, with all accessories required for installation.

End/Straight Trough Joint

Supply and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Supplying and making straight through joint with heat shrinkable kit including ferrules and jointing materials for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Earthing Connection

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required.

Supply and laying 25 mm X 5 mm GI strip at 0.50 meter below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/termination with nut, bolt, spring, washer etc as required.(Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of brass nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm).

Lighting Fixtures

Supply and installation of recess mounting LED luminaire of size 600 mm x600 mm 35/36W 220 V AC with high efficiency PMMA diffuser soft glare free light complete with driver, holders & LED lamp including connecting up with driver three core flexible copper cable by replacing existing 2x36 W false ceiling lights. Gap is to be filled by 2x2 false ceiling tiles. The work also includes connection from ceiling rose to fitting with twin core, white color flat wire of 1100/660 Volts grade. All material required for the work shall be supplied by the contractor. Any gap created on account of replacing the light shall be suitably filled by contractor without any extra cost for safety of lights and personnel working under. Any bracket/frame to install the light direct on surface shall be in scope of supplier. Supply & installation of LED Light Fitting, 4 feet x 34-38 watt twin T-8 LED tube of philips make or equivalent Crompton/Bajaj/Havells make complete fitting to be installed on ceiling or hanging from ceiling by m.s pipe/suspension wire or fixed on wall with all necessary fixing materials and arrangement. The installation work must be done as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. The work also includes connection from ceiling rose to fitting with twin core, white color flat wire of 23/.0076 size, 1100/660 Volts grade wire. All material required for the work shall be supplied by the contractor. The work shall be done as per direction of engineer incharge.

Supply & installation of LED Batten Light Fitting, 4 feet, 20 Watt , Cool white/Warm White complete fitting to be installed on ceiling or fixed on wall with all necessary fixing materials and arrangement. The installation work must be done as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. The work also includes connection from ceiling rose to fitting with twin core, white color flat wire of 23/.0076 size, 1100/660 Volts grade wire. All material required for the work shall be supplied by the contractor. The work shall be done as per direction of engineer incharge.

Supply & installation of Two in one decorative wall Light, 5 watt, Round, warm white/Natural White complete with accessories required for installation etc. as per direction of EIC.

Supply & installation of Focus Light, 9 Watt, warm white/cool white/Natural White with complete accessories required for installation etc. as per direction of EIC.

Supply & installation of 2/3 Watt COB Spot LED Light, Round, warm white/cool white/Natural White as per requirement with complete accessories required for installation etc. as per direction of EIC.

Supply & installation of Spike graden Light 12W, 230V, IP65/66, impact and corrosion resistant with accessories required for installation etc. as per direction of EIC. Colo: RGB/Warm White/Natural White as per requirement and direction of EIC.

Removal of old Cables, Wires, Light Fitting, fan and DB, MCB DB and all other accessories required to meet the scope of work at site and at nearby location like passage, Gallery etc after tracing of live and non live wires of electrical, Lan and Telephone thereafter dressing of cable as directed by EIC.

Removal of unused Electrical LT panels/ Pedestal DBs/BBTs. The work includes disconnection of power cables, removing, dressing and cutting of unused cables, removing & shifting of BBTs and shifting the panels and scrap to scrap yard. The work shall be done as per direction of engineer incharge.
