CHAIR REVOLVING/CHAIR EXECUTIVE (TP & FD/E6/MAP/01)

Removing the existing old unserviceable seat and back from chair and S&F new fabric containing materials like Acrylic polyester, poly viscose, poly propylene of colour as approved by GE with and including PU foam of 50 mm thick & 50 to 55 Kg per CUM density, fixed over and including 12 mm BWR plywood, complete all as shown on drawing, as specified & as directed. (Note : Fabric shall be as per sample kept in yard)

Removing the existing unserviceable or broken castor wheel and S&F new castor wheel suitable for chair of pattern / model to match the existing, complete all as specified, shown on drawings and as directed.

Removing the existing broken/ unserviceable handle from the chair and S&F new handle made out of black integral skin polyurethene reinforced with MS insert scratch and weather resistant to the chair of pattern / model to match the existing complete all as specified, shown on drawing and as directed.

Removing the existing unserviceable or worn out bottom base from the Chair and S&F new base of existing size, pattern / model to match the existing complete all as specified, shown on drawing and as directed.

M & L for welding to broken steel frame of Chair revolving / Chair executive complete all as specified, shown on drawing and as directed.

Removing the existing unserviceable gas lifting hydraulic system of various type from chair and S&F new maintenance free, environmental friendly, chrome free cylinder tube fixed in M.S. black powder coated central column tube of outer dia 38 mm and 2 mm thick having 100 mm storke length with gas pressure of 300 N force gas lifting Hydraulic System to the chair in suitable pattern / model to match existing complete all as specified, shown on drawing and as directed.

TABLE DINING ORS (FD-165(M))

Removing old unserviceable table top and S&F new table top of suitable size (as mentioned in drawing) shall be made of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board exterior grade (Make: Green Ply /Century / Action Tesa) ISI marked confirming to IS-14587 Grade-I one side with approved shade and white lamination on other side with standerd PVC edging / wooden edging and headless nails all round the edges complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of unserviceable long rail / stiffner and S & F new long rail / stiffner of conduit pipe 25mm, 1.6 mm thick complete all as per drawing, specified and as directed.

Removing of unserviceable short rail / stiffner and S & F new short rail / stiffner of conduit pipe 25mm, 1.6 mm thick complete all as per drawing, specified and as directed.

Removing of unserviceable leg and S & F new leg made of conduit pipe 25 mm x 1.6 mm thick complete all as shown in drawing, specified and as directed.

Removing of unserviceable shoe and S & F new hard rubber shoes complete all as per drawing, specified and as directed.

M & L for welding to broken steel frame of Table Dining ORs complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted iron & steel surfaces by scraping & rubbing down with sand paper, removing dents & scratches, if any filling the same with paste fillet and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st grade quality) with spray machine (Colour shade as approved by GE ) over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

CHAIR DINING CUSHIONED Drg No FD/MAP II / 04

Supply and fixing in replacement of unserviceable front leg made from 1st class hard wood shisham, well seasoned including dismantling of unsv components / parts complete all as specified & directed and shown on drawing.

All as per Ser item No. 3.01 here-in-before but Rear leg

S&F foam cushion in replacement of 75 mm thickness and 32 density duly covered with tapestry cloth of approved quality, complete all as specified and as shown on drawing.

Material and labour for brackets of 25mm thick made to shape and screwed to top rails and legs made out of 1st class hard wood (Teak wood) duly polished as in support required for chair dining complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Polishing to chair dining cushioned MAP with french polish wooden portion exposed to direct vision except top ply wood after replacement of above components /parts complete all as specified and directed and shown on drawing

SHOE RACK STEEL (FD/E6/MAP/029R):

Material & Labour for required Joint welding of CR Rod of 3 mm / 6mm / 25 mm pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing rubber Shoes of shoe rack steel complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting to shoe rack steel (MAP) with two coats of synthetic enamel paint after preparation of old steel surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Table Dressing Ladies including stool dressing (FD/MAP-II/07 ).

S&F in replacement mirror of table dressing ladies with mirror complete all as specified and shown in drawings.

Supply & fixing in replacement sides of table dressing ladies after removing damaged parts complete all as specified and shown in drawings.

Supply & fixing in replacement top of table dressing ladies after removing damaged parts complete all as specified and shown in drawings.

S&F in replacement of drawer including fancy handle complete all as specified and shown in drawings.

S&F in replacement 75 mm thick foam of 40 density cushion including covered with tapestry cloth of supreme quality not less than Rs 250 Per Meter, complete all as specified, shown in drawing and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of drawer channel of table dressing ladies complete all as specified and shown in drawings.

Material and labour for removing / scrapping of old polish & dirt from the surfaces of table dressing ladies (MAP) by means of by using electric grinder euiped with appropriate size sand paper, preparation of surfaces as specified and applying french polish till attain glossy finish of surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

DRESSING MIRROR GENTS (FD/E6/MAP/16)

S & F in replacement mirror along with frame as per drawing made of well seasoned teak wood free from cracks and knots duly well french polished. Mirror shall be of electro copper plated polished sheet glass 6 mm thick Make- Saint Gobain/Modiguard with and including sitable size rawl plug heavy duty as per drawing- 2 Nos. shall be provided to the back of the mirror for hanging. Back of frame shall be of plywood commercial 12mm thick BWR grade confirming to IS as approved complete all as specified and shown in drawings.

Supply and fixing Sides of Dressing Mirror Gents with both sides melamine faced pre laminated MDF Board 18-19 mm thick confirming to IS in baverian beach shade including removing unserviceable sides complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 5.5 mm thick glass shelf of Dressing Mirror Gents, complete all as specified and shown in drawings.

Supply and fixing hasp & staples of dressing mirror gents, complete all as specified and shown in drawings.

Supply and fixing wooden leg made of teak wood leg of dressing mirror gents including removing unserviceable leg, complete all as specified and shown in drawings.

Supply and fix in replacement 12 mm thick BWR Phenol bonded ply back of dressing gents mirror complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for removing old worn out angle iron frome of rack steel (Any Types) and Supply & fixing of new slotted angle iron frame of required size & shape including with suitable nuts and bolts complete all as shown on drawing, as specified & directed.

M&L for removing old worn out sides from rack steel (Any Types) and Supply & fixing of new sides made from 1 mm thick mild steel sheet complete all as shown on drawing, as specified & directed.

M&L for removing old worn out back from the rack steel (Any Types) and supply & fixing of new back made from 1 mm thick mild steel sheet complete all as shown on drawing, as specified & directed.

S&F leg in replacement of broken Leg, each one piece made of MS conduit pipe 16 Gauge, 19mm dia including welding and providing two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified, shown on drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for welding to joints of broken leg of 19/20mm MS tube & other joints complete all as specified, shown on drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Replacement of old unserviceable unhygienic cushion of size 560x530mm with 100mm thick, 32 density of Make sleep well / Kurlon cushion as approved by Engr-in-charge with and including best quality tapestry and marking to be provided to the cushion upto the satisfaction of Engr-in-charge. The tapestry used in the cushion shall be of Make: Vimal / Bombay dyeing / De-D'cor. make of cushion & tapestry cloth and stiching fixing and finishing shall be done in accordance with drawing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cleaning old /new wooden surfaces throughly by using abrassive cloth emery and putty as required as per trade practive and apply good quality polish as aproved in all exposed wooden surfaces upto the glossy finish shade complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

STOOL STEEL Type-I, (Make- Godrej/Durian)

Replacement of old unserviceable top with new top of existing size, suitable for Stool Steel type I, round stool SS top of Godrej/ Durian, complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F new rubber/ PVC shoe suitable for stool steel Godrej/Durian (as per sample), complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing of existing unserviceable Gas lifting Hydraulic System of various types from the stool and S&F new maintenance free, environmental friendly, chrome free cylinder tube fixed in a M.S. black powder coated central column tube of 38 mm dia and 2 mm thick having 100 mm storke length with gas pressure of 300 N force Gas lifting Hydraulic System to the stool in suitable pattern / model to match in existing, complete all as specified, shown on drawing and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
