Providing and fixing aluminium sliding door bolts ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade with nuts and screws etc. complete :

Providing and fixing aluminium hanging floor door stopper, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour and shade, with necessary screws etc. complete.

(a) Twin rubber stopper

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour.

(a) Two coats.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :

(a) Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface).

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item):

(a) With float glass panes of 5 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/sqm)

Plastering in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement:3 fine sand) of 12 mm thick admixed with water proofing compound of approved make such as plastocrete super or equivalent confirming to IS 9103-1999,IS 2645-1975 and ASTM C-494-86 Type A @ 0.2% by weight of cement and as per manufacturer specification complete to improve water tightness and workability without increased water content and as per direction of Engineer in Charge. (work is to be executed upto 20 m heights above G.L).

Refixing of aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators & partitions with old extruded built up tubler sections and other sections supplied by the department fixing with new rawal plug, stainless steel screws of required dia and size, aluminium angle clit, dash hold fastners, neoprene/ pvc gasket etc complete (Measurement shall be made over all partition area and door shutter in which paneling to be paid separately).

Refixing of old 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board available from department, in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer-in-charge.

Refixing of old 5.00 /5.50 mm thick glass pan available from department, in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer-in-charge. (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item):

Providing and Fixing Curtain fabric with Curtain rod,brackets etc of approved Quality including all accessories as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer in-charge.

Dismantling of wooden flooring including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in the campus as directed by Engineer- in-charge

Providing and fixing 1.5 mm thick PVC plank flooring / skirting of Excel or equivalent in approved pattern on a smooth and damp proof base using rubber based adhesive of approved quality and manufacture like dunlop-758, Fevicol SR-998 or equivalent i/c rolling with light wooden roller weighing about 5 kg .all complete as directed by the En-in-charge in approved colour and shade.
