Supply, fabrication and fixing MS chennal/ pipe fitting/barrel piece /lateral pipe as per site requirement including nut, bolt, washer, welding etc and fibre board gasket complete and making joint leak proof including including taking out dismantling old structure complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for welding work of size 12 mm consider one welding job including cutting, jointing and all connected accessories all specified and directed.

Disconnecting/ Dismentling of submersible sewage disposal pump Set assy from its foundation at various place of Dronachal sewage pump house and transporting to civil workshop for repair complete and taking back after repairing, fixing to its existing position and making all connections.Dismentling and opening of pump assy for checking out defects. Taking out shaft from pump and carrying out lathe work on shaft for checking and making straightness. Taking out of old worn out brass impeller and M&L for filling material on worn out part , grinding, poilshing and carrying out complete lathe work, refixing on shaft and check for its smooth functioning and balancing.(Parts for following items shall be paid under relevent item here-in-after under as supply).

Repair of outdoor type LT pannel board mounted on angle / PCC floor of any size and replacement of unserviceable switch/control gears and connector,indicator lamps, panel door lock etc including rewiring and extension of incoming and out going cables by opening of loops/making joints with same size cable and provisioning of cable lugs /thimbles as reqd including replacement of rusted sheet metal door with existing size MS sheets by necessary arc/gas welding / making cover as per suitable and removing all dirt, dust etc with the help of air blower and painting complete Panel board with one coat of synthetic enamel spray painting over a coat of red oxide primer of Panel Board of approved colour including writing of identification etc all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note : (i) Necessary eqpt and safety measures, stasonary reqd for load balancing arranged by the contractor without any extra cost. (ii) Cost of New aluminium/Copper thimbles, earth and neutral link, insulator, hylem sheet, any type of screws,door locks any type as per site reqmt change under the job deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (iii) MCCB, MCB,Aluminium bus bar, indicator lamp, required for relacement shall be measured and paid serately in relevent item.

M&L in replacement aluminium bus bar rating 200 Amps 25/6 mm including making whole suitable for panel with tape insulation of suitable colour in Phase RYB & neutral in Black colour complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Desludging sewage sump well at certain places of 10 mtr internal dia and depth exc 5 mtr but not exc 10 mtr, by mechanical method only. Disposal of sludge or foreign material etc. And sludge or foreign material through out from Dronachal station by own tansport to distance of not exceeding 15 KM from the sewage pump house incl necessary loading and unloding complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge. Note:- The contractor is responsible for all safety of men employed by him durying work at site.

Supply and fixing CI non raising type sluice valve with drilled flanged ends, stainless steel spindle with gun metal working parts with hand wheel, pressure type PN 1.6, including disconnection and removing the unsv sluice valves from the existing pipe line/ valve chamber for the size of 150 mm dia.

S&F in replacement Garden light, including LED lamp 9 Watt, 220 volt, 50 Hz , Approx height 2 ft , mounting arrangemet , clamp ,rcc pit of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm×6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 25X4 mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 5 SSR including earth pit in any soil char coal common salt , 15 mm all around earth plate PCC (1:3:6) type culprit, with 40 x40x6 mm angle iron frame and PCC cover (1:2:4) type B1 , water pipe funnel and GI protection pipe light grade 15mm dia upto panel connecting earth lead to panel all as specified and directed by EIC.
