1. Supply, install, testing, configuring and commissioning of a web based application for contract management, MB preparation and RAR/Final bill preparation in AOR of AGE (I) Pachmarhi. Overview : The proposed solution should be a web based online application that will made the routine operations easier, quicker and efficient:- (a) System should cover Adding Contract, Taking measurements in MB, printing MB in a defined format and RAR and final bill preparation and printing. (b) Application should be designed on service oriented architecture which should make it scalable for further enhancements in the existing system without rewriting the whole system from scratch. (c) Application should be designed in asp.net 4.5 as front end with latest version of Microsoft SQL server as server as backend. (d) Application should be designed in ‘n’ tier architecture and support all platforms. (e) Application should be fully tested and bug free, proper test plans should be executed to make error free. (f) Adding Admin Approval and Technical Sanctions with complete details. (g) Adding job details, allotment details. (h) Adding contact details:- (aa) Login for GEs/other users. (ab) Add Tender Documents. (ac) Add BOQ file to extract items from BOQ files. (ad) Add Comparative Statement. (ae) Add Contractor details and scan Acceptance letter. (af) Search contractors and view complete contract information. (j) Bill Generation (ba) Bill type – RAR or final bill. (bb) Printing JE wise MB. (bc) Printing abstract of quantities. (bd) Adding deduction ex, electricity, water charges, sales tax etc. (be) Generating and printing RAR/Final bill performas with pre-calculated values. (k) Provision for e-cashbook and generation of MER for formations and automatic compilations at higher offices. (l) Integrated Mobile/Tab application for adding measurement for all MES units under the jurisdiction of AGE (I) Pachmarhi. (aa) JE Login. (ab) Search and get contract and item details. (ac) Adding measurement entry with S. No. (ad) Adding multiple sketches to entry. (ae) Adding multiple comments to entry. (af) Adding multiple photos to entry. (ag) Adding subt entries against a entry. Note for Item 1: (i) License for software shall be valid for 2 years after installation. (ii) Web application should be allowed to enter unlimited number of contrast. (ii) License of mobile/tab application for adding measurement for all MES units under the jurisdiction of AGE(I) Pachmarhi shall be measured and paid separately under item No 2 below. 2. Supply of license to AGE (I) Pachmarhi and activation at various MES unit under the jurisdiction of AGE(I) Pachmarhi to enable them access to main web application (through internet), installed in server (against items No 1 above). Note for Item 2: (i) License shall include Mobile/Tablet applications to JE and activation with Main server. (ii) Mobile/Tablet application should be allowed to entered unlimited number of contract. (iii) License to use the facility of Mobile/Tablet application shall be valid for two year from the date of activation. Qty 07 Nos. 3.
