M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles of size 400x400x7mm thick in floor etc, set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface over and including cement screed bed 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed digital ceramic coloured tiles of size 450 mm x 350 mm x 7mm/ 350x 250x 7 mm thick as in vertical surfaces , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile over and including 10 mm thick cement screed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 18-20 mm thick over cement screed bed laid and jointed with gray cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including and polishing complete over 20 mm screed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50 mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C-1, using 20 mm graded aggregates as in plinth protection etc, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheets any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings including ridges complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 0.63 mm thick, Galvanized, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with L type or J type or cranked hook bolts, in roofs, covering wall etc with grade of zinc coating and bent to curved of any radius complete all as specified and directed.

E&M PORTION:- Taking down carefully copper/ aluminium unserviceable/ perished point wiring (light, fan, socket or power complete including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pandents, regulators, sockets, light fittings,removing material from site for taking credit etc and making good disturbed surfaces of wall, floors, complete all as specifiecd and directed.

Taking down carefully unsv main switch / DBs alongwith MCBs any type / capacity and making good disturbed surface to match with the existing surface, complete all as specified and directed.

Point wiring with two single core 1.5 Sqmm (nominal cross section area) FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable and one single core 1.5 Sqmm (nominal cross section area) FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity to common earth and connecting to earth dolly running in and including PVC casing & caping (ISI marked) of suitable size with PVC boards of appropriate sizes and all requisite accessories such as PVC elbow, Tee, collars, bends etc. with PVC terminals box & cover for mounting swtches, sockets, fan regulator etc for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulators etc for one light/ bell point controlled by one way switch 6 Amp complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and testing of cable in trenches/ poles XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 4 core 16 sqmm including taking down complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair Plug & Socket DB, CRCA Sheet steel, powder coated, with metal plug & socket 3 pin with 20 Amps MCB SP complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Sub main wiring with single core cable 2x 4 sq mm FRLS insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable 1100 Volts grade including surface PVC casing caping medium grade alongwith 1x 4 Sq mm FRLS insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable as earth wire connected with main earth dolly including taking down old unsv sub main wiring of any type, complete all as specified and directed.
