Excavation in foundation trenches etc in earth work in all kinds of soil , such as pick work, pick jumper work, jumper work , jumper blasting work, chiseling / wedging out rocks including pumping or bailing out water upto all lifts, stacking the excavated soil in all leads from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm (fifteen centimetres) layers when required in to plinth side of foundation etcetra consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-In -Charge, including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution and disposal of unserviceable materials shall be absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by the contractor to full extent in all respects in all cases as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals.

Filling in plinth with sand / granular material under floors including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.including carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge and other incidentals.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6 :12 (one cement isto six sand isto twelve graded stone aggregate 40 mm {forty millimetre} nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of centring and shuttering in Foundation and plinth including carriage of materials , with in all leads and lifts as directed by the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:1.5:3 (one cement isto one decimal five sand isto three graded stone aggregate 20mm {twenty millimetre} nominal size and curing complete excluding cost of form work in Foundation and plinth including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and other incidentals.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement isto two Sand isto four graded stone aggregate 20mm {twenty millimetre} nominal size and curing complete excluding cost of form work in Foundation and plinth including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing 0.60mm (zero point six zero millimetre) thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 (twenty) microns over 5 (five) microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 (five) microns over 5 (five) microns primer coating including fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm ( six millimetre) diametre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accesoriees including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts in all heights as directed by the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals

Providing and fixing ridges or hips 60 cm (sixty centimetre) overall with 0.60mm (zero point six zero millimetre) thick prepainted steel sheets in roofing with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheets with top coat of regular modifiedpolyster organic coating of 20 (twenty) microns over 5 (five) microns primer coating + back coat of polyster of 5 (five) microns over 5 (five) microns primer coating including fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm (six millimetre) diametre and prepainted G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete with all accessories including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts in all heights as directed by the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals.
