Material and labour for Stainless steel decorative railings chain alloy(grade 316), having 8 mm minimum thickness (design and pattern as approved ) as used to connect two stainless steel post with hooks etc. Complete with and including necessary welding , buffing /polishing and fixing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of plain cement concrete of any description and in any position not other wise speicifically provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for ready mix cement concrete in Pavement/Hard standing (PQC) M-40 of flexural strength of 40Kg/Square centimeter in field using minimum 500 Kg of cement per cubic metre laid in bays or as directed with and including steel formwork to sides of concrete spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof/chajja padding for maintaining roof/chajja slope complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of concrete surface grinding by electric grinder,cleaning, brushing and applying epoxy screed of 15 mm thick in single operation in panels comprising of as self levelling compound of composition of BECK BOND DOBECOCKOT 5022, EH460, SILICA POWDER 100 AND FCA 460 in the ratio 100:100:400:10-20 by weight or equivalent in K2P chemical, polus Epothane as approved complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for application of one coat of solvent free Epoxy Primer coat on floor using with composition of BECK BOND EP17A. BECK BOND EP 17B in the ratio 100:50 parts by weight. Epoxy primer (or equivalent in K2P chemical, polus epothane as approved by GE) shall be homogeneous mixed, achieved by using a mechanical stirrer machine with agitator blades or alternatively a drill machine with a paddle stirrer. Primer shall be applied at coverage of 3 to 4 sqm per kilograms per coat or epoxy primer all as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed thickness of primer coating shall be as per manufacturer's instructions and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

Material and labour for applying of finishing coat comprising of BECK BOND SLF36A, BECKBOND SLF 36B, CP360 AND SILICA POWDER 200 in the ratio 100:55:7:210 parts by weight using epoxy colour pigment and High Glossy finish over underlaying coat on surfaces of priming coat comprising of BECK BOND DOBECOCKOT 5022, EH460, SILICA POWDER 100 AND FCA 460 in the ratio 100:100:400:10-20 by weight or equivalent in K2P chemical polus Epothane as approved by GE complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for application of one coat of polyurethene based coat on floor using with composition of BECK BOND PU25A and BECK BOND PU25B in the ratio 100:10 parts by weight which shall be homogeneous mixed, achieved by using a mechanical stirrer machine with agitator blades or alternatively a drill machine with a paddle stirrer. Primer shall be applied at coverage of 3 to 4 Sqm per kilograms per coat of polyurathene all as per manufacturer's instructions & as directed thickness of coating shall be as per manufacturer's instructions and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- for Item Nos 01 to 04:- The work shall be carried out by authorised applicator of approved firm only. Regarding sample authorised applicatgor of approved firm only.. Regarding sample approval, bidder shall visit the site of work where sample patch of coating is marked before quoting of tender. The coating chemical shall be approved by GE in consultation with users ie.e (GM) Tech of ASD. Naval Dockyard Mumbai, whose decision shall be final & binding in all respect. Necessary guarantee shall be also submitted by the contractor in writing as specified in PS.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not other wise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Precast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in cover slabs and set incement mortar 1:4,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Reinforcement shall be measured and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.50 mm graded aggregate) cement concrete as a levelling course on roof surfaces and coping complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick surfaces built in cement mortar including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Rendering 15 mm thick on brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and fair including mixing integral water proofing compound in the proportion as mentioned in manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Water proofing compound to be measured and paid for separately).

Material & labour for rendering minimum 20mm thick polymer modified mortar in cement mortar (1:3) with graded quartz sand with additive Monolith - PMM of Fosroc/Krishnaconchem or polymer mortar HB of Dr. Fixit or Shalifix RM SG 01 of STP Ltd. 15% by weight of cement in one coat with and including curing as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and applying microconcrete of Fosroc, Dr Fixit, or equivalent around edges of Dock walls, jetties, corners, grooves, alters, steps, piers and other marine structure after complete cleaning of concrete surface and applying epoxy coat as bonding agent Fosroc's Nitobond or equavalent for bonding between old and new surface, including all lifts, shuttering all as required as per site condition and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for taking down, chipping and removing the loose, split, damaged cement concrete, cement mortor surfaces of RCC columns, beams, walls, chajjah etc and exposing the reinforced cement , wire brushing and cleaning the exposed steel reinforced bar, applying rust remover over the cleaned re-bar surface wash the re-bar with clean water for removing all rusts from the old re-bar surfaces, fixing new reinforcement for strengthening the members as required, applying two coats of epoxy zinc primer on new and old steel surfaces, saturating the substrate with water applying one coat of polymer modified bond coat on affected concrete surfaces and finally providing 40mm thick polymer plaster (1:5:15, cement, sand, polymer) and finally finishing the surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make :- Dr.Fixit/Sunanda/Chemestik/Fosroc as aprooved by GE. Note :- (New reinforcement and MS Sections will be measured and paid separately)

Material & labour for cleaning the surface of the stone/concrete in jetty , dock,retaining wall, piers of jetty and bottom portion of deck slab etc above sea with mechanical grinder and specialized water misting techniques applying water jet using a fine nozzle sprinkling system calibrated to spray a fine mist along the stone/concrete surface complete and removing all sea vegetation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. Note:- Quoted rate shall be inclusive of scaffolding or alternative way of carrying out the work with proper safety instruction required at site.

Material and labour for applying two coats of anti carbonation paint DEKGUARD S of FOSROC or equivalent over a coat of primer DEKGUARD of FOSROC or equivalent over vertical concrete surface in jetty/dry dock above sea level complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Quoted rate shall be inclusive of scaffolding or alternative way of carrying out the work with proper safety instruction required at site.
