Material and Labour for 18/19 mm thick prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated both side with decorative choice lamination and other side balancing white lamination fixed with screws including 1mm thick PVC lipping on all exposed edges including taking down old worn out boarding of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix steel ventilator with top/side hung shutter including hinges, steel peg stay including taking down old unserviceable steel ventilator complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for steel window box type using ERW 'P' section comprising double frame for gauged and glazed skeleton shutter jointed internally with flat iron 40x3mm (Flat iron shall be welded through out the complete frame ie vertically as well as horizontally) complete including hinges, handle tower bolts stops, lugs etc including taking down old steel windows and making good the damaged surfaces match the existing all as specified & as directed by Engr-in-Charge.. Note (i) For the purpose of measurement and payment double shutter with frame shall be considered as one unit (ii) Unit rate quoted against this item shall also include the iron mongery as shown on drgs (iii) Guard bars, glazing and wire mesh shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items of Sch 'A (iv) Flat iron 40x3mm for jointing both shutters shall be deemed to be included in item rates quoted by the tenderer.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden/steel frames, glazed with putty or fixed with beads complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for 3 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty / beads in square, area n.exc 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix galvanised mild steel wire cloth 0.50 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18mm and fixed with tineed tacks or galvanised wire staples complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube as per specification and drawing for item No 8095 on page No 178 of SSR 2020 (Part-II) complete all as specified and directed.
