Relocation of Radiators from one room to another. The job includes dis-mantling of installed radiators and then re-installation of the same in another room. Job includes shifting of allied accessories of the radiators.

Servicing/Repairing of existing FCU Units. The job includes repairing/replacement of damaged valves, pex pipes and other allied accessories.

Providing and Fixing of Ball valves with existing flange shaft of size 20mm

Providing and Fixing of Ball valves with existing flange shaft of size 25mm

Providing and Fixing of Industrial Socket including 32 AMP MCB.

Restoration of all loose wires by way of providing and fixing of channel/conduits of standard size. The job also includes Helium sheets of appropriate size over the DB's cover, loose wires, MCB's. The job further includes fixing of Internet LAN System.

Providing and Fixing of Name Plate outside each room with Alphabets given by Engineer-in-Charge. Name plates should be easily visible with bold alphabets and of proper shade.
