M&L for filling cracks by cutting 'V' groove cracks of internal or external plaster of walls, ceilings/Chajjas all along the crack upto 10 mm and remove the loose plaster/concrete by suitable tools, filling cracks with crack paste compound and apply the second coat after 10-12 hrs of application of first coat and for external application must be coated with paint including necessary scafolding of any height all as specifed and direcetd. S&F in repairs Aluminium woven wire mesh sheet cloth 0.45mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with aluminium wire staples and wooden beading all as specified and directed. Note :- Rate inclusive of fixing wire cloth in wooden as well as in aluminium frame .

M&L for 5.50 mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing oil putty or with wooden beading in squares n exc 0.50 sqm in each pane all as specified and directed.

M&L in repairs for two coats of epoxy based paint for concrete surface over one coat of epoxy primer mixed with silica sand to get grit finish on top. Before applying epoxy primer, prepare the surface from any undulation (using wire brush or electric floor scrubber) removing all oil and grease stain if any, and brooming the surface clean to remove any settle dust particle. Apply the primer and let it dry for 24 hour and then apply the epoxy paint with desired color all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs SS 304 Grade metal letters of height 200mm with PU paint to match the logo colours, mirror polish finish, anti rust and including necesssary arrangements to fixing in walls, using scaffolding at any height all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs Factory made 35 mm thick 2nd hard wood plain framed panelled shutters (any numbers of panels) with lock rail and panel of 9mm thick B.W.P commercial ply or 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS :1003(Part-I) kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 2nd class hard wood 35mm thick Glazed and skelton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauge etc (without sash bars) edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fittted with cut and mitred beads for securing gauge, etc. sizes of member of shutter as specified SSR part-I Section 8 clause 8.24 (a) and fitted to chowkhats all as specified and directed.
