Notes:- 1. Supplying & erecting steel scaffolding upto required height with top platform with support railing at top etc. The Scaffolding should be secured properly in position, complete as per site requirement & directions of Engineer-in-Charge. 2. Cleaning all existing reinforcement bars with wire brush/ rotary wire brush to make entire surface of bars free from rust scales, loose material, dirt etc. and applying alkaline rust converting primer on the existing rebars and allowing it to react with rust and form a corrosion resistant, insoluble protective layer, as per manufacturer’s instructions, etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for drilling Holes of 12mm dia up to 100 mm deep in structural members at the interval of 300 mm in staggered manner or along the crack line in RCC structural member including cleaning of the holes by air blower and inserting 12mm dia NRV nozzles compatible with epoxy injector and having machined external end to receive outlet of Grouting Gun. Fix the nozzles inside the hole by applying thixotropic epoxy adhesive to ensure complete sealing and allow curing the system for minimum of 8 hrs before grouting; Cut and remove nozzle projections, excess putty, if any, over concrete element by grinding, levelling and finishing the external surface, after completion of the work, etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for providing and injecting two part, low viscous, high strength epoxy resin based moisture insensitive liquid using pressure injector with accessories till nozzle refuses to accept the grout including mixing of grout material components in adequate proportions as per manufacturer's instructions by weight batching and grouting the mixed material into the structural member by grouting gun, maintaining desired pressure in the gun by air compressor and maintaining pressure at exit about 2 to 3 kg/sqcm by monitoring pressure gauge at exit, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. The mixed grout should have following properties:- (i) Mixed Density 1.1 kg/l (at +27°C); Viscosity ~ 250 mPas at +30°C and should comply according to ASTM C 881, Type II and IV, Grade-1, Class E+F (ii) Compressive strength >= 70 N/sqmm (7 days) according to ASTM C 579; Tensile Strength ~ 50 N/sqmm (after 7 days at +30°C cure) (According to ASTM D 638); Tensile Modulus ~ 2000 N/sqmm (after 7 days at +30°C cure) (According to ASTM D 638); (iii) Bond Strength ~ 10.8 N/sqmm (failure in concrete) after 14 days at +30°C cure; Flexural strength ~ 50 N/sqmm according to ISO 178. (iv) Seal the nozzle with thixotropic epoxy adhesive after the refusal of grout material from the nozzle.

Material and Labour for new or old surfaces of exterior wall decorating and water proofing treatment to wall surface by wire brushing in order to remove dust, dirt, loose particles, laitance. Thereafter wash the surface with clan water & allow to dry. Fill visible cracks/ joints by caulking compound (chemistik crackseal or equivalent) & allow to dry for 24 hours. Apply a primer coat of water base primer (chemistik prime M seal or equivalent) and allow to dry for 6 hours. Thereafter apply 02 coats of WB high build anti carbonating coating cum waterproofing (chemistik PDS-50 or equivalent) & shade by brush at the interval of 08 hours between the coat and allow to dry to match the existing shade including necessary scaffolding for any height, covering etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and Labour for Preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper on walls over a coat of chalk whiting primer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and Labour for Preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on ceilings, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down carefully copper /aluminium point wiring (light, fan socket or power) through stove enamelled steel conduit/pvc conduits including complete fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, switch sockets, electrical fittings etc removing and making good disturbed surfaces of walls/ceiling etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for testing of Lightning Conductor & earthing except new earthing under item No 94 & 95 here-in-before of various Tech Accn in NAD area & Tunir Area in the presence of users representative & Engineer-in-Charge & maintaining record of tests for lightning conductor as per IAFW -2215 by removing all connection and the resistance of earthing & lightning protection network should not exceed 5 Ohm in every technical building showing the details of defective earthing & lightening protection system. Items to be repaired/renewal during record of sets for lightening conductors as per IAFW 2215 & also test results to be recorded after repair/renewal and should be signed by users, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Notes :- (i) The earthing showing result beyond 10 ohm to be renewed and shall be measured & paid for separately under relevant item of Sch 'A'. (ii) The test result after renewal of earthing and replacement of defective conductor also be recorded in earthing test book as per IAFW-2215 for lightening conductor & cost for the same is deemed to be included in unit rate of above item. (iii) The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to be included for the test results of all existing earthing point, date of testing and renewal etc to be written on wall of each building in clear format like stencil etc as per direction from engr-in-charge with out any extra cost. (iv) The testing of new earthing covered under item No 94 & 95 here-in-before are not covered in this item.

Removing existing worn out CI cover with angle iron frame of earth chamber and supply and fix new CI cover of size 30 cm x 30 cm x 6 mm thick fixed in frame made out of mild steel angle iron 40 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm thick with and including locking and lifting arrangement, painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Fix 40 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for post not exceeding 3 metres in length truly vertical position embedded in PCC including not exc and earth work as in repairs, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : PCC of pole embedded will be measured and paid separately under relevant items of Sch.

Material and Labour for PCC (1:2: 4) type BO, using (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) of blocks size and IE rules including necessary use and waste of form work as in grouting of porcelain insulator, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B1, using (20 mm graded stone aggregate) for earth chambers as in repairs, coping for GI pipe post including necessary form work, excavation in soft loose soil, returning in filling and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 metre and deposing where directed, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing & refixing of air termination single pointed aluminium rod 12 mm dia and 300 mm long by tightening with necessary fixing arrangement fixed on existing/new PCC blocks on roof and making good, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and Fix aluminium strip of size 25 x 3.15 mm fixed with suitable saddle. Supply and Fixing screw etc on roof with rubber & bitumen washer & fixed to insulator on wall for down conductor as fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Re fixing in repair only aluminium strip of size 20/25 mm x 3.15 mm fixed to porcelain insulator fixed with suitable saddle Supply and Fixing screws etc for roof with rubber & bitumen washer & fixed to insulator only on wall for down conductor, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair/replacement two way sheet metal enclosure with three pin socket and plug top and 20 amp single pole MCB, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
