Improvement to Balance works of Gothakhali Minor Irrigation Project under OIIPCRA Scheme 2024-25

Clearing and grubbing jungles including uprooting tank vegetation, grass bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth up to 300mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviciable material and stacking of useful materials with supply of all labour T & P and all taxes as per prevailing norm etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation,loading,unloading and carriage by mechanical means of all kinds of soil, including stoney earth, gravel and moorum etc.interspread with boulders up to 1/2 cum size with all lifts and delifts including trimming of slopes and bed to design section and depositing the excavated meterials away from work site as per the specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge with in an initial lead 1 KM from the place of excavation complete (Measurement will be taken in finished final level section)

Earth work in excavation in all kinds of soil including moorum, stoney earth and gravel etc. excepting all kind of rock and boulders not exceding 0.014 cum in volume of dam base stripping, cutoff trenches, out fall drains and stripping in borrow areas including rough dressing and dumping the excavated earth away from the work site manually with in 50 m intial lead and 1.5 m initial lift as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing collecting and stacking the approved quality of moorum, sand admixture to designed thickness and level including watering & compaction up to 95% of MDD in OMC with light HRR including cost, conveyance, royalty & all taxes of all materials including supply of all labour, all taxes as per prevailing norm,T&P etc complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer -in- Charge.

Watering earth work upto the O M C condition and compaction by sheepfoot rollers /by standard vibrator / short drum width vibratory power roller to earth layers not exceeding 22.5cm to 95% of MDD (maximum dry density) including hire and running charges of the all machineries,labour, all taxes as per prevailing norm, T&P and water complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Measurement to be taken on the finished compacted section of the fill under O M C condition).

Fine dressing of earth work in slope of Dam & canal embankment including trimmed to required profile and turfing with best compacted dub grass sods with all leads and lifts including periodical watering with labour, all other taxes as per prevailing norm and T & P till survival of the turf etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Measurement and Payment will be made on survival of the turf. )

Rough Stone Dry packing in approns and revetments to all height, profile and level using hard granite broken stone of 30 cm. and above size (one man stone) and above of approved quality, quarried, free from weathered skin including filling the interstices with small stone wedges including cost, conveyance, royality and other taxes of all materials, labour, all taxes as per prevailing norm and T&P alongwith supply of all labour required for the work complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Excavation of foundation to proper profile in all kinds of soil with all leads and lifts including dressing and leveling the bed to proper slope and level and making it fit for laying concrete and depositing the excavated materials clear of work site within all leads and lifts etc including dewatering from foundation if necessary etc with supply of all labour, all taxes as per prevailing norm and T&P required for the work etc complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Cement Concrete M15 grade with nominal reinforcement (excluding cost of M.S. rod, carriage and labour for cutting, bending, binding and fixing of M.S. rod) using 20mm and down, graded, crusher broken hard granite stone aggregates of approved quality quarried, free from weathered skin, quarry debris and foreign materials, using clean and sharp sand of approved grading and quality confirming to the design specifications including hoisting & lowering to all heights, watering & dewatering, laying the concrete in position to proper slope and level, compacting in layers with vibrators and finishing the exposed surface smooth, curing for required time, providing beads and grooves wherever necessary including cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes of all materials, with all cost of tools and plant, cost and carriage of water etc, with supply of all labour, taxes as per prvailing normand supervision Charges including mobilisation & de-mobilisation of men & machineries, T&P with all incidental Charges required for the work complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, fitting & placing HYSD bars reinforcement and tying the grills as per approved design & drawing and placing in position including cost, conveyance, royalty and other taxes binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge with supply of all labour, taxes as per prvailing norm and T&P required for the work etc, complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Weight of the binding wire will not be included in the measurement for payment)

Providing rigid, smooth centering & shuttering for concrete works including false work and including cost, conveyance, royalty & other taxes of all materials required for the work complete in all respect and dismantling the same after casting and curing with water for specified period including depositing the debris clear of work site with all leads & lifts, delfts including supply of all labour, all tases as per prevailing norm and T & P required for the items etc. complete in all respect as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (for foundation & plinth) (form work of lining included in respective concrete item)
