Cutting/trimming of trees upto 150 mm girth including cutting of upper portion of branches above pole clearance up to 10 mtrs and disposal of same at a distance not exc 50 mtr and clearing of site complete all as specified and directed. Opening/disconnecting the electrical connection of defective/burnt out underground LT Cable of any size 2 to 4 core from main switch/DB/ junction box / LT panel /LT OH line etc. Taking out the required length of cable from existing loop, cutting the defective portion of cable, providing required thimbles/ connectors at cable end and reconnecting the cable in previous location with existing main switch/ DB/Junction box /LT Panel/ OH line etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for getting out removing of grass and vegetation grown around the electrical installations like transformers, LT panels, 2 pole structure, HT panels and complete area inside the fencing complete all as specified and directed. Note : Item may be measured and paid more than one time as per detailed videography during execution at site as per site requirement to clean the E/M Installations

M&L for comprhensive mainenance of fire alarm system installed at various tech Bldgs of 2 wing comprehensive maintenance the following works including:- Note:- (i) The maintenance cost of fire alarm system shall deemed to comprises of cost of labour emplyed for the purpose , T&P used and other petty items such type and other cleaning materials, programming , re-programming etc. (ii) The scope includings programming, commissioning of accessories of fire alarm system to suitable for existing syste. (iii) Non attending the complaint with in 48 hrs @ 500.00/day shall be recovered for te fourth day by the contrator. (iv) Keep the complaint pending after 96 hrs @ Rs 1000.00/Day shall be recovered by the contractor. (v) The complaint shall be generated by Telephonically/Verbally by concern JE E/M or Engr-in-Charge (v) Servicing of quaterly basis of fire alarm system installed in following Bldg including first hand repairs, consisting of normal repairs and cleaning of all components such as smoke detectors/manual call point sounder/translator/expendor/input/output module etc of any type installed in Bldgs using proper method and tools, replacement of unserviceable spares of connected system, tightening of all connections as repuired including replacements of defective spares and required calibration of control pannel and connected items check and maintain the system for efficent functiong of entire system including troubleshooting and clearance of all faults from the panel. testing of each Fire alarm system in presence User and MES Rep and give quaterly basis serivicibility report complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge .
