GST shall be paid extra as applicable at the time of payment.

12 mm cement plaster on Fair side of single or half brick wall of mix with 1 cement : 6 Fine sand of 1.25 fineness modulus mortar including supply of all materials, labour, and T & P etc.required for proper completion of the work. 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) (DSR 2023 Item No.13.1.1). including royality on materials & labour cess. GST shall be paid extra as applicable at the time of payment.

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour (Two Coat).(DSR-2023 Item No.13.83.2). including royality on materials & labour cess. GST shall be paid extra as applicable at the time of payment.

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade: New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) (DSR 2023 Item No.-13.47.1). including royality on materials & labour cess. GST shall be paid extra as applicable at the time of payment.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture (DSR 2023 Item No.-13.62.1). including royality on materials & labour cess. GST shall be paid extra as applicable at the time of payment.

Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank, IS : 12701 marked, with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet, outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank. (DSR 2023 Item No.-18.48). including royality on materials & labour cess. GST shall be paid extra as applicable at the time of payment.

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part 1) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters. 35 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws sqm (DSR 2023 Item No.9.20.1 ). including royality on materials & labour cess. GST shall be paid extra as applicable at the time of payment.

2.5 cm (1") thick 1:2:4 plain cement concrete floor with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm (3/4") graded approved stone laid in panels finished with 3mm (1/8") floating coat of neat cement or cement and marble dust in ratio of 5:1 as specified in the proportion of 1:4:8 and removing any overlapping mortar at the joints of the panels if any and giving them a uniform finish including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.(Without Base Concrete)(DSR 2023 Item No.-11.30). including royality on materials & labour cess. RCC work with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm. (3/4'') gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion 1:1-1/5:3 in lintels of doors and windows, excluding supply of reinforcement and its binding but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.I wire.and including necessary cantering and suttering etc and also including supply of all materials,labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work. binding wire to be supplied by the contractor free of cost..(DSR 2023 Item No.-5.30). including royality on materials & labour cess. GST shall be paid extra as applicable at the time of payment.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. (DSR 2023 Item No.11.41.2). including royality on materials & labour cess. GST shall be paid extra as applicable at the time of payment.
