Dismantling the complete 900 mm sluice valve at works, job includes cutting of rusted parts and descaling the flap , spindle, seat rings and spindle nut with the help of cutter and mechanical means.
Fabrication/ supply of stainless steel (S.S.) spindle of 900mm dia sluice valve as per sample.
Fabrication/ supply of GM spindle Nut suitable for 900mm dia sluice valve as per sample
Supply of Rubber Gasket packing for flanges.
Supply of nut bolts with washers.
Supply of thrust bearing (set of 2 Nos)
Hiring of Long boom crane incl. Diesel, lubricants, Driver and helper etc.
Charges for gas cutter with Oxygen & LPG gas cylinder (2Nos x 2 shift)
Reassembling of 900 mm dia sluice valve at works i.eby replacing the damaged parts i.e. seat rings, spindle and spindle nut ,bearing blue mathing of wedge & body seat rings as per actual requirement and tightening of all nut bolts. The job includes painting complete sluice valve.
Cartage charges of 900 mm dia Sluice valve from works to site including loading and unloading charges on both ends.
Testing the valve on no load and full load.
