| 3 | Repairs/overhauling to 11KV HT RMUs complete in and including the following repair works :-
(a) Checking & testing of Load break mechanisim and Isolator Mechanisim of 11KV High Tension RMUs of 300Amps to 800 Amps ratings after switching off electric supply.Checking of mechanical system for proper functioning of all movement of High Tension Ring main units & servicing of all moving parts & blowing out dust and applying the proper lubrication/ greasing and reassembling the RMU mechanisim after repair complete all as directed. (b). Taking out existing relay set from high tension of any type and size, 11KV, RMUs and cleaning the contact (NO+NC) by CTC solution and adjust the contact and calibration the relay by giving the primary and secondry injection and checking the tripping system by relay testing kit for over current and earth fault & proper plug setting as per reqd load & time delay and fixing the relay set in High Tension control panels complete all as specified and directed by EIC .Note:- Testing of above job to be carried out by Authorized commisioning Engineer (b) spare parts to be replaced shall be measured & paid separately under the relevent items as supply only. | 6 | Each Job | - | - |
