Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm )(fifty three millimeter to zero point zero seven five millimeter) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paverfinisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achievethe desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.The rates are inclusive octrol, royality, Malkana,toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-I) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer @ 0.70-1.0 kilogram (zero point seven zero to one point zero kilogram per square meter) using mechanical means as per technical specification clause –502 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.The rates are inclusive octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax,sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying tack coat using bitumen emulsion conforming to IS: 8887, using emulsion pressure distributer including preparing the surface and cleaning with mechanical broom. On bituminous surface @ 0.25kg/sqm (zero point two five kilograme per square metre) as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge including entire carrriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals . The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 30mm (thirty millimetere) compacted thickness bituminous concrete with bitumen of grade VG-30 (viscosity grade-thirty) Made of H.P.C.L, B.P.C.L, Indian oil corporation @ 5.50% (five point five percent) (percentage by weight of total mix) and lime filler @ 3% (three percent) (percentage by weight of Aggregate) prepared in Batch type Hot Mix Plant of 100-120 TPH capacity using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density as per specification, complete and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge including entire carrriage of material within all leads and lfts and other incidentals . The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m(one point five metre) in width or 10 sqm( ten square metre on plan),including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, (one point five metre) including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within a lead of 50 m.(fifty metre) as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying cement concrete of specified grade including the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:3:6 (one cement: three sand: six graded stone aggregated 20mm (twenty millimeters) nominal size, as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.The rates are inclusive octrol, royality, Malkana,toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc. of required strength, thickness and size / shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour and pattern over 50mm thick (fifty millimetre) compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter lcoking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibratory,filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge 80mm (eighty millimetre) thick cement concrete paver block of M-30 (M-thirty) grade witth approved color design and pattern (NTC and equivalent ISI marked) with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals.
