M & L for point wiring with 1.5 sqmm copper conductor cable (multistrand) FRLS single core PVC insulated cable for one light / fan point in existing conduit terminated in sunken / pressed metal flush box with and including modular cover plate with frame for mounting of switches / sockets / fan regulators etc and continuous earth wire 1.5 Sqmm copper cable PVC insulated FRLS controlled by one switch for one light / fan / sockets point all as specified and as directed. (Note : (i) Eye / bottle thimbles shall be used for connection in switches / sockets and MCB's in DB's without any extra cost. (ii) Electric rewiring should be done in proper colour coding i.e Red for phase, Black for neutral and Green for Earth. (iii) Necessary cutting chasing including replacement of defective concealed conduit wherever required and making good the disturbed surface shall be part of job at no extra cost.
