Preparation of old decorated surface distempered surfaces of ceilings by washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces and distempering ceilings by applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion of any tint/shade complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted wooden /wood based materials surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and painting one coat with synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) including cleaning, stopping and rubbing down and removing all dropings etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description , not otherwise described,over 10 cm width or girth and painting one coat with synthetic enamel paint including cleaning, stopping and rubbing down and removing all drops etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete ( unreinforced ) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thick above or below ground level, including removing of demolished material from work site at any distance outside MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete type B-0 (1:2:4), using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, 40 mm thick , as in sub base flooring finished even and rough complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition Brickwork or stone boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins,arches, pillars,etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles including removing of demolished materialfrom work site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for Brickwork with old size sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement and sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, any description etc.including removing of rubbished material from work site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and Labour for rendering 15 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement in Cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing 4 mm thick non asbestos fibre cement building board fixed to aluminium frame work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repairs aluminium body ( extruded section ) body Door closer hydraulically regulated, designation No. 3 , universal type , suitable for door shutters 851 to 1000 mm in width and of weight between 61 to 80kg complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in repair drapery rods, coloured, standard quality , PVC coated not less than 25 mm dia. With heads at both ends and middle support ,ring etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing), in floors, aprons etc .laid dry or laid dry and pointed including removing of demolished material from work site at any distance outside MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 300 mm x 200 mm x 7 mm thick on vertical surfaces such as dados , skirting and risers to steps etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. ( Note: Rendering shall also deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the contractor ).

Material and labour for vitrified ceramic (square/rectangular) dark shade coloured polished tiles, (1st quality) area of each tiles not exc 0.36 sqm and 10mm thick, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement and pigment to match over 15 mm thick screeding in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: Screed bed shall also deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the contractor).

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. Laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete including removing demolished material from work site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour 20 mm thick Granite ( of any type) work ( table rubbed and polished) in steps , jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking plateforms and like in cement mortar ( 1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over 20 mm thick screeding in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: Screed bed shall also deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the contractor).

Demolition of Cement concrete ( reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including reinforced cut to facilitate demolition complete including removing demolished material from work site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour RCC M25 (Design mix), as in slab supported on wall beams and column in floor, balconies desk slab, lintels and in shelves and the like including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slab and similar item not exceeding 200 mm thick for fair finshed flat surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for Mild steel deformed or twisted bars ( TMT) 6 mm to 8 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns , hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire ( annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia. or higher complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down chowkats with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) n. exc 1.5 Sqm each etc including removing material from work site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new untreated wooden /wood based materials surfaces of any description , not otherwise described ,over 10 cm width or girth and painting two coat with synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer including cleaning, stopping and rubbing down and removing all dropings etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing Stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36 mm nominal dia. of wire and average width of aperture 1.4 mm and fixed with tinned tacks or galvanised wire staples complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing 4 mm thick (nominal) Sheet glass, ordinary quality , in squares, not exceeding 0.50 sqm each each pane fixed with oil putty or fixed with beads complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in repair 18/19 mm thick prelaminated particle board,interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws to timber frame work as in kitchen cabinet shutter complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing 5.5 mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality, in squares exceeding 0.5 Sqm in fixed in aluminium shutters, glazed with putty or fixed with beads complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for 5mm thick PVC sheet fillet of width 35 mm for wall panelling inclusive of fixing on to wall to make PVC frame as per specification complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for Solid PVC wall lining consisting of 5mm thick plain colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specification including PVC cover fillet of matching colour, grid size not exc 800mm. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering including removing of unserviceable material from work site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixed in repairs sink made of stainless steel 1 mm thick kitchen or laboratory with plugs, washers and wastes; including bedding in cement mortar on to dwarf walls or including fixing cantilever brackets and connecting union to Pipe waste pipe overall size 495mmx 420mm bowl size 410 mm x 330 mmx 160 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixed in repairs PVC (SWR) floor trap, plain with grating including jointing with solvent cement, 100 mm dia. outlet complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demoiltion and breaking up 100 mm dia drain pipes (saltglazed, stoneware , AC or reinforced concrete drain pipe, jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches, including earthwork in excavation if required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing for 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed ISI marked IS-13592, type 'B' in any length with rubber ring joints laid in floor or trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground( earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level ) with the top edges of plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level connected to GI strip of size 25 mm x 4 mm thick as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron protected by 40 mm dia Galvanised iron pipe 'light grade' and connected to test points as directed all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part 1 and testing including taking down existing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Notes:- 1) The unit rate also including for excavation, earth work in any type of strata, plain cement concrete 1:3:6 mix, Type C1 pit, pre cast cover RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 cover slab with 8 mm dia TMT bar @150 center to center both ways with one handle for lifting made out of 8mm dia mild steel bar,GI funnel with GI watering pipe 15 mm bore 'medium grade', wire mesh and charcoal or coke of alternative layers of 15 cm, 32 mm bore galvanised iron pipe "light grade" for protection of earth lead connection. 2) If the desired earth resistance is not found, earthing shall be redone by the contractor at no extra cost to the department.
