CHARPOY GI PIPE NYLON NEWAR [DRG NO.FD-220] M & L for carrying out repair/replacement of following parts of Charpoy GI Pipe as per drawing after dismantling the old parts complete all as specified :-

Removing the existing u/s broken long rails of charpoy GI Pipe and supplying and fixing new long rails made out of GI tubing 32mm dia (medium grade. ISI marked) all as specified and shown on drg Make Jindle / Bhushan.

Making out short rails from broken long rails obtained from serl Item No. 5(a) above and fixing to the charpoy GI Pipe complete all as specified and shown on drg including removing existing broken /u/s short rails.

Making out legs from broken short Rail obtained from ser No 5(b) above and fixing to the charpoy GI pipe complete all as specified and show on drg including removing existing broken/u/s legs.

Removing the existing u/s broken elbows of charpoy GI Pipe and supplying and fixing new 32mm bore 3 way elbows ISI marked all as specified and shown on drg.

Supplying and fixing 5mm thick GI check nuts suitable for 32 mm dia pipe all as specified and shown on drg.

Supplying and taping new nylon newar Best quality white/light coloured of Make as approved by GE and reweaving charpoys GI pipe all as specified and shown on drg including removing existing the old newar(weight of neylon Newar shall not be less than (1.5 kg to 1.7 Kg) per charpoy) as required and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismentaling and reassembling frame of charpoy GI pipe including tightening and providing extra threads and welding the joints as required and directed by Eng-In-charge and also assembling the frame of charpoy GI pipe with the parts received from item sr No. 1.01 to 1.05.

TABLE WRITING [DRG NO.FD-275] M & L for carrying out repair/replacement of following parts of Table writing as per drawing after dismantling the old parts complete all as specified :-

Supplying and fixing top of the table writing with 18/19mm thick prelaminated particle board exterior grade ISI Marked standared make (action tesa/arched/novapan)as in top of the table including 4mm thick Teak wood beading all around.

Supplying and fixing of Teak wood legs,

Supplying and fixing long rails of Teak wood.

Supplying and fixing drawer complete with knob.

Supplying and fixing of shutters of 18/19mm prelaminated particle board exterior grade, fixed with 2 Nos Hinges medium weight 75 mm & knob all as shown in Drg.

Supplying and fixing of stiffeners of Teak wood.

Applying two coat of french polish after preparation of surfaces.

TABLE DINING 120 x 90 CMS [DRG NO.FD-273] M & L for carrying out repair/replacement following parts to table dining for 4 persons, complete all as specified and shown on drgs after removing the old broken part.

Top 1200x900mm made out of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board exterior grade, Make : action tesa/arched/novapan ISI marked fixed with mild steel screws as per size and shape including 4mm thick teak wood beading all around.

Cleaning and preparing old polished surface of table dinning 120 x 90 CMS and apply two coats of french polishing to give a glossy finish complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing the existing u/s broken long rails of charpoy GI Pipe and supply and fixing new long rails made out of GI tubing 32mm dia (medium grade. ISI marked) all as specified and shown on drg Make Jindle / Bhushan.

Making out short rails from broken long rails obtained from serl Item No. 12(b) above and fixing to the charpoy GI Pipe complete all as specified and shown on drg including removing existing broken /u/s short rails.

Making out legs from broken short Rail obtained from ser No 10.02 above and fixing to the charpoy GI pipe complete all as specified and show on drg including removing existing broken/u/s legs.

Removing the existing u/s broken elbows of charpoy GI Pipe and supplying and fixing new 32mm bore 3 way elbows ISI marked all as specified and shown on drg.

Supplying and fixing 5mm thick GI check nuts suitable for 32 mm dia pipe all as specified and shown on drg.

Supplying and fixing of sport of MS conduit pipe 25 x 25mm x 1.6mm wall thickness of pipe duly wilding including two coat of black paint and one coat of red oxiede zink primer.

TEAPOY VERANDAH [DRG NO.FD-255 & FD-383] M & L for carrying out repair/replacement of following parts of Teapoy Verandah as per drawing after dismantling the old parts complete all as specified :-

Supply & fix MS conduit pipe of 20 mm bore as in short runner of Teapoy verandah by welding duly painted with a coat of pink primer after dismantling old broken/ unserviceable runner all as shown on drg and as specified and directed

Supply & fix MS conduit pipe of 20 mm bore as in long runner of Teapoy verandah by welding duly painted with a coat of pink primer after dismantling old broken/ unserviceable runner all as shown on drg and as specified and directed

Painted the whole steel frame with enemle paint after the preparation of whole surface.

Supply & Fix 18/19mm thick pre laminated pratical board one side T/F other side white alongwith 4mm thick teak wood beading all around the top of tepoy verandah after dismantling old damage/unserviceable top all as shown drg all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix of leg shall be of 20 mm dia MS conduit pipe wall thick of 1.6 mm made of in U Shape
