M&L for brick work with old size sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) in and including demolition of brick masonry built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc. but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stone work, precast concrete articles and disposing off the rubbish debris to place as approved by civic body complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 1.00 above but except bricks. Note: Old re-usable bricks retrieved from dismantling shall be re-used after cleaning etc. and quoted rate shall be deemed to include for the same.

M&L providing precast cement concrete louvers and jallies, 25mm thick (measured solid), including all mouldings but excluding frame in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5 graded stone aggregate) set in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick work or stone walls etc. including racking out of joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for keyed pointing in cement mortar (1:4) in walls or to brick on edge in floors, surface channels, roofs, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for keyed pointing in cement mortar (1:4) including raking out joints/ pointing from brick work in walls or to brick on edge in floors, surface channels, roofs, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing RCC (1:1½:3) type A-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, bases for columns etc., basement slabs, under reamed piles and mass concrete in and including demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description & in any position (below or above ground level), not exceeding 15cm thickness, including removal of rubbish to a place as approved by civic body complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends & binding with & including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of formwork to foundations, footings, bases of columns, rafts & raft beams, sides & soffits of foundation & plinth beams and similar works; vertical or batter for rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing and laying 60mm thick factory made machine pressed interlocking paver block of M-35 grade of shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of approved colour,design & pattern laid over and including 25 mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra in and including dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness laid dry or with mortar and pointed and removal of rubbish outside MoD land , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes :(i) Design ,color and Pattern shall be as approved by GE/Engineer-in- Charge. (ii) Quoted rates are inclusive of fine sand and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account.

All as per item No. 11.00 above but except paver blocks. Note: Old re-usable paver blocks retrieved from dismantling shall be re-used after cleaning etc. and quoted rate shall be deemed to include for the same.

M&L for coloured chequered cement concrete tiles of size 30cm x 30cm x 25mm/ 40cm x 40cm x 25mm thick, factory made with grey cement and pigment; set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement and pigment as in floors laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) in and including dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness laid dry or with mortar and pointed and removal of rubbish outside MoD land , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :Design ,color and Pattern shall be as approved by GE/Engineer-in- Charge.

All as per item No. 13.00 above but except chequered cement concrete tiles. Note: Old re-usable chequered cement concrete tiles retrieved from dismantling shall be re-used after cleaning etc. and quoted rate shall be deemed to include for the same.

M&L 75mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floors in and including demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position (below or above ground level) not exceeding 15cm thick including removal of rubbish to a place as approved by civic body complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in roof kerbs or mud stops, sides of interlocking paver blocks and similar works in and including demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position (below or above ground level) not exceeding 15cm thick including removal of rubbish to a place as approved by civic body complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm stone graded aggregate as in floors/ hardstanding/ plinth protection laid in panels including filling of joints by bitumen and sand in ratio (1:2) in and including demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position (below or above ground level) not exceeding 15cm thick including removal of rubbish to a place as approved by civic body complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in position glass dividing strips 3mm thick and 38mm wide as in floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking down hanging mild steel gate not exceeding 1.50 Sqm each and refixing in the same opening after carrying out necessary repair work with welding such as change of rusted hold fast, hinging device, pintol, pivotel and locking arrangement, PCC of hold fast etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work as in doors, gates etc. all as specified and directed.

S&F framed work such as grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/ or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks & similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cutting holes in brick/ stone walls built in cement mortar for inserting hold fasts and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar (1:3) or cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate for the required depth of embedded portion of holdfasts or lugs measured from the face of jamb into the wall n. exc. half brick including making good complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of newly plastered or previously untreated surface of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of old treated surface of walls and applying one coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of walls and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/ litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zink coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5mm thick of any colour having tensile strength 550Mpa as in roof covering fixed with self tapping screws as per manufacturer’s instruction in and including dismantling plain or corrugated steel/ fibre sheeting any gauge and thickness including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering all as specified and directed.

S&F rolled mild steel roof trusses (framed), trussed purlins, posts, rafters, crane gantries, rails & fastenings & heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. Gde Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-A complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer on new steel surface any description exc. 10cm width or girth including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on steel or iron surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth including preparation of old painted surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L taking down rolling shutter and re-fixing the same in existing location after repairs including cleaning, welding, oiling, greasing etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces of floors/ tiles/ paver block/ chequered tiles etc. including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc and applying two coats of terra cotta paint complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/ loose soil n. exc. 1.5m deep and n. exc. 1.5m wide for foundations, laying pipe line, cable etc. or n. exc. 10sqm on plan for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc. and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25cm thick with soils complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil n. exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.50m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete in and including demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position (below or above ground level) not exceeding 15cm thick including removal of rubbish to a place as approved by civic body complete all as specified and directed.

M&L plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in manhole benching, coping including forming channels, and like any description in and including demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position (below or above ground level) not exceeding 15cm thick including removal of rubbish to a place as approved by civic body complete all as specified and directed.
