Water proofing of roof, repairing and Painting work of residence No. 10 at Canal Colony Cantt Road, Lucknow.

Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer 3 mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with non-woven polyester matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre/sqm by the same membrane manufacture of density at 25°C, 0.87-0.89 kg/litre and viscocity 70-160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using Butane Torch and sealing all joints etc, and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 650/450N/5cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300/250N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto -2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D - 5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane : including the following works (a) For prepairing the surface Dismantling existing mortar/plaster over roof including disposal of refuse as directed by the Engineer-in-charge with in a distance of 60 meter. (b) 12mm cement plaster in sigle coat on top of slab in single storey building finished even & smooth 1 cement : 4 coarse sand including all L/M, T&P etc under the Laying of APP sheet . (C.) Providing and laying 40mm thick 1:2:4 cement coarse sand and stone ballast 6.7mm nominal size with Murga Jali including all material, Labour,T&P and curing complete over the APP sheet.

12mm cement plaster in sigle coat in single storey building finished even & smooth 1 cement : 4 coarse sand including all L/M, T&P etc including the Dismantling existing mortar/plaster and disposal of refuse as directed by the Engineer-in-charge with in a distance of 60 meter.

One priming coat and two coat oil bound distemper on New work including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc.required for proper completion of work.

Finishing walls with Premium acrylic smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade Old work (Two or more coats applied @ applied @1.67 Ltr/10 sqm) over existing cement paint surface (apex Ultima, weather coat all guard)

Scraping old white or colour wash including disposal of refuse as directed by Engineer-in-charge with in a distance of 60m.

Providing and applying plaster of putty 2mm thickness over plasterd surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Painting or varnishing on iron work in small areas or new wood work with one coat of ready mixed priming paint & two coat of approved superior quality ready mixed paint of clear synthetic varnish including supply of all materials ,labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of work .(Paint to be used should conform to the ISI no -103-1950.)
