Preparing existing concrete surface / newly laid concrete surface and laying epoxy polyurethane flooring (EPU flooring) consisting of epoxy resin primer followed by epoxy underlayer of 2mm thick epoxy resin primer followed by epoxy self levelling layer of 2mm thick followed by polyurethane wear course of 75 microns complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully unserviceable point wiring copper / aluminium (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including removal of batten / conduit / gutties / wooden board etc., including fittings and fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc., and separating the serviceable items for reuse, removal from site under Sch of credit and removal of unserviceable items out of site and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls, ceilings etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully unserviceable sub main wiring aluminium conductor cables any number of runs of any cross section complete, including removal of batten / conduit and separating the serviceable items for reuse, removal from site under Sch of credit and removal of unserviceable items out of site and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls, ceilings etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out existing service cable any type of cross section upto 25 sqmm from wall / steel trusses connected to loadline DB and taken on credit complete all as specified and as directed.
