REPAIR/ REPLACEMENT TO TILING, PLUMBING, SANITARY FITTING, INTERNAL PLASTERING, SUNKEN FLOOR TREATMENT AND OTHER ALLIED B/R WORKS TO OFFRS MD ACCN AT MANEKSHAW MARG, URBAN VILLAGE AND CASSEL ROAD IN THE AOR OF AGE B/R-I UNDER GE (EAST) DELHI CANTT-10

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises

M&L for vitrified Ceramic tiles, light shade 8 to 9 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm of size (600mm X 1200mm), in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete over and including 15mm thick screed bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles (light shade) 8 to 9 mm thick (Square/ rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm of size as in skirting laid on 10mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white/coloured cement to match the shade of tiles.

M&L Non Skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exc 0.18 sqm, as in skirting laid on 10 mm thick cement backing coat in CM (1:4), set and jointed in neat cement slurry at the rate of 3 kg per sqm and pointed in white/coloured cement to match the shade of tiles.

M & L Coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 600 x 300 x 7-8 mm thick, such as skirting, dados, etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or Coloured cement to match over and incl 10 mm thick screed bed/ backing coat in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Glazed ceramic tiles of approved colour and design in flooring 600x600mm and 7 to 8 MM thick jointed in neat cement slury and pointed in white or coloured cement to match incl 15mm thick screed beding cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and directed.

M & L Glazed ceramic tiles of approved colour and design matching flloring, as in skirting laid on including 10 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4), set and jointed in neat cement slurry at the rate of 3 kg per sqm and pointed in white/coloured cement to match the shade of tiles as specified and directed.

M & L for 16 to 18 mm thick granite (of any type) work( table rubbed and polished) in jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite slab including 10 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 including rounding to edge of granite as per required and including dismantling of existing granite of any description including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of floor of size exc 1.5 Sqm and not exceeding 4.00 Sqm mtr for EWC water closet and removing out the cinder/concrete from sunken portion, , grinding any sharp edges etc all as specified and directed with following: (a) Cleaning of RCC surface to remove dust, loose particle etc with compressed air or any other particles or any other suitable techniques on site conditions etc. (b) M&L for a glass fibre reinforced acrylic modified cementitious coating system with base coat of Sika Top & Seal-107 @ 1.50 Kg/Sqm glass fibre reinforcement Sika® Fab-I and top coat with Sika Top® Seal-107 @ 1.50 Kg/Sqm or equivalent of Fosroc or Pidilite. (c) M&L for protection plaster 15mm thick on cement mortar 1:3 admixed with appropriate integral water proofing compound with Sika ® Plastocrete plus as specified. (d) M&L for providing 40 mm dia GI pipe spout projecting at least 150 mm beyond outer face of wall. (e) M&L for sunken portion filled with 40 mm graded brick bats and finished with 50 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 all as specified and directed. (f) The area of Each WC portion is n.exc 4.00 Sqm each. (g) Cost of the above aspect shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates of the respective item and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (h) 72 hrs Ponding test shall be carried out for sunken treatment before payment.
