Taking down cement plaster of any description, any type, from brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. & removing debris outside MoD land complete all as specified and as directed Note: The quoted rate is deemed to include for the cost of cutting/scraping of grass/ Removing shrubs / vegetation under growth from wall of boundary including taking out roots

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar of any description, including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan not exc 6 meter mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on brick wall in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and fair including mixing of water proofing compound as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed (Note: WPC shall be measured & paid separately under respective item of this Schedule.)

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound (IS marked) complete all as specified Litre and as directed.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over & including a coat of 3mm thick wall care putty on new plastered surfaces etc all specified on external surfaces.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed Note: The quoted rate is deemed to include for the cost removing debris outside MoD land

M&L PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in band, beam, benching of drain, man hole, coping, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, and similar work including necessary form work all as specified and directed

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description and any position complete all as specified and as directed

S&F mild steel for post and struts in fencing incl cutting tops to shape as directed drilling holes notching for wire etc flat iron fillets including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe - 290( Gde E-165 ) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc crome primer all as specified.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed. Note: complete removal of existing treatment on steel surface by using mechanical grinder including cleaning the surface by using wire brush & wash down with water etc

Dismantling of Barbed wire fencing or any type and size complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Galvanized. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of posts, standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (Each line wire to be measured).

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia, 10 meter open-able length (total length 90m), having 50 Nos rounds per 6 meter length ( Each coil to be stretched 6 meter length), thickness of wire 2.50 mm, thickness of strip 0.5mm(120 GSM), upto 3m height of wall with existing angle iron "Y" shaped placed 2.40m to 3.00 m apart and with 12 strip horizontal barbed wire, stud tied with Gl staples and GI clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or Gl barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as directed.
