Dismantling of false ceiling boards(fibre, pulp, insulation etc.,) or insulation boards/slabs. blankets of any thickness and removing to CE Stores as directed

Material and Labour for Gl frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to ntre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre with Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long complete all as specified. complete as directed by EIC.

Material and Labour for Providing and fixing 10mm thick plaster of paris ceiling (Gypsum anhydrous) to flat surface with metal frame work and reinforced with G.I. wire mesh (Fillets, metal frame work and G.I. wire mesh paid separately) including for any raised or sunk moulding and applying of neeru finish/putty and one coat of primer and two caots of plastic emulsion paint including preparation of new surfaces complete as directed by EIC. and also making the provisions for electtrical fittings etc by cutting the board as approved and complete.

Material and Labour for providing cornice to the false ceiling at the corners of 15cm width and apply neeru finish/putty and one coat or primer and two coats of plastic emulsion complete ad directed by EIC.

WALL PUTTY: Material and labour for applying one coat of primer and two coat of white cement based wall care putty in walls / ceiling of 3mm thick inculding removal of loose/peeloff existing treatment if any and as specified in SSR 2020 part-I specification clause 15.19.1 to 15.19.6.4(Make shall be of JK white putty or Birla white wall care putty ) or Suitably Equivalent make

M&L for applying two coats of plastic emulsion on internal wall surfaces including preparaition of old wall surfaces complete all as directed. Make: {Asian (apcolite advanced)/Berger(Easy clean)/Nerolac (Impressions 24 carat) or suitably equivalent make}

Taking down window Shutters of any description n.exc 1.0 sq. m each and handing over the same to CE(E)/Store.

Material and Labour for forming jambs using CM 1:4 to opening including cutting, toothing and also facing, jointing and pointing to match existing work complete.

S & F of Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails,braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. M & L for 10mm thick Toughened Glass Door (Single or Double Top and side fixed). The height of the door should be 2.10m aforesaid specified glass all complete as directed by EIC
