Providing, applying and finishing with epoxy paint in two or more coats on old / new, Concrete / steel surface, at all floors, levels & location using epoxy paint of approved make, shade and pattern including one coat of approved primer including labour, material, scaffolding, surface preparation includin removing of existing marking,grinding polishing the floor wherever required, cleaning etc complete all as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

On Concrete Surface. (Including preparation of surface and etching with 10% commercial Hydrochloric acid, wherever necessary and neutralizing the acid etched areas by washing with 5% solution of soda ash neatly and washing with sufficiant water, after first coat Epoxy based trowelling compound if required, including preparation of the surface by scrapping, applying sand paper, filling the holes, joints, cracks if any, etc complete.all as per manufacturers Technical Data and as directed at site to acheive 200 micron dry film thickness (50 micron primer coat and 150 micron finishing coat).

Providing and applying 2.50 mm thick marking strips (retro-reflective) of approved shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surfaces including cost of materials, labour, Tools and plants, cleaning the surfaces of all dirt seals, oil, grease and foreign materials etc. all complete as per specification, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Lettering or numbering of 65 mm to 75mm height with synthetic enamel paint in any approved colour, style and pattern, including french polishing or synthetic enamel painting the back ground with three coats of approved colour on concrete floor/vertical surface area etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Providing &Fixing in position signage board in aluminium extruded brown anodized section or as approved with letters in vinayl on one or both side covered with acrylic sheet as per approved sample by architect with required fitting, fixtures etc. including all taxes, loading/ unloading, transportation, installing etc. all complete. as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Vinayl on one side covered with acrylic sheet 3mm Thick

Vinayl on both side covered with acrylic sheet 3mm Thick

Providing & applying flat oil paint in two or more coats on old / new surfaces at all floors, levels & location using ready mixed & ready made flat oil paint of approved make and shade including one coat of approved cement primer (water thinnable) including labour, material, scaffolding, surface preparation, cleaning etc complete all as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note:- Flat Oil Paint shall have VOC content less than 50 grams/ litre)

On Old Surfaces. (Including thoroughly scrapping, removal of old paint, if any, sand papering & preparing the surfaces, applying approved putty for touch up to fill up crevices mild depression etc, necessary covering material (tarpaulin etc), cleaning, removal of splashing & droppings of floors, wall, ceiling, doors & windows etc & disposing of debris at directed place inside colony. )

On New Surfaces
