Taking down carefully existig copper/ alumn point wiring for light/ fan/ bell/ socket 5/15 Amp points complete with fitting and fixtures such as Switches, Sockets, Ceiling Rose, Lamp Holder and bracket fittings with Battens/ Conduits/ Wires and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls and roofs etc to match with existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully unserviceable main switches and distribution boards (single phase or three phase) of any capacity with Isolators/ MCBs/ MCCBs complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully old unserviceable sub main wiring and making good disturbed surfaces and matching with existing complete all as directed and specified

M&L Point wiring complete with 1100 volts grade PVC FRLS insulated unsheathed cable of copper conductor, multi stranded of size 1.5 Sqmm, single core, drawn through & including new PVC rigid concealed conduit, medium grade of suitable size (not less than 20mm dia) duly ISI marked with all accessories such as bends, reducers, spacers, saddles, junction boxes, bakelite sheets and various sizes hylam sheets for mounting switch/ sockets, fan regulators etc complete with and including continuous earth wire of size 1.5 Sqmm, single core, PVC FRLS copper conductor, insulated, unsheathed, stranded (Green colour) connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified for following :- (a) One light/ fan/ bell/ Bldg security light point controlled by one single pole one way switch. (Note:- wiring shall be done in colour coding)

All as per item No. 04 here-in-before but one 3 pin, 5 Amp, socket outlet on the independet board controlled by one single pole one way switch board complete all as specified and directed.

S&F XLPE insulated, armoured,1100 volts grade, heavy duty cable of size 25 Sqmm nominal cross section, 4 core, PVC insulated aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of galvanized steel wire or tape and over-all PVC sheathed in service connections, laid in trenches, duct, through pipe, in floor, on pole including jointing with double compression copper stain less steel gland at DBs and testing, complete all as specified. (Note;- Excavation & earth work, brick protection sand cushion shall measured and separately).

Excavation in trenches in soft/ loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and not exc 10 Sqm on plan, for laying of cable and getting out, compete all as specified.

M&L Dry and clean fine sand for cable cushioning to underground cable protection, complete all as specified. Note- Punned down thickness shall be measured.

S&F Cover to underground cable with one layer of bricks using sub class ‘B’ bricks (old size) laid flat across the cable complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in, earth including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers each not exceeding 25cm thick each layer, complete all as specified.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified.

S&F Mild steel galvanised pipe, light grade, 40 mm nominal bore for passing of cable, fixed to poles/ walls, laid under floor/ road crossings, complete with and including clamps socket & elbow etc complete all as specified.

M&L Earthing complete with galvanized steel plate elecrode of size 60 cm x 60cm x 6.3 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.5 mtr below the ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level. Earth plate surrounded by 15mm thick packed alternative layers of charcoal dust and comman salt, earth lead GI wire of 4mm dia (8 SWG) by means of bolts , nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron with thimbles. The other end of GI earth wire is connected to main switch board and protected by light grade GI pipe of 15 mm bore. provision of 20mm bore light grade GI pipe for watering including GI funnel and wire mesh. Pipe shallbe provided vertically upto top level of earth pit and then taken horrizontally to the earth pit. Cement concrete chamber of PCC ( 1:3:6 ) type C-2using 40 mm graded stone aggregate.The chamber shall be constructed one metre away from edge of earth pit. 50 mm thick pre cast cover of cement conrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate and MS angle iron 50 x 50 x 6 mm frame including two coats of painting over a red oxide to exposed steel surfaces. excavation in soft / loose soil, returning filling and removal of surplus soil to a distance of 50 mm as directed and shown in Electrical Plate No- 3 of SSR Part-1 (2009).

S & F in repair LED Driver for LED Bldg security light upto 36 W including all conection and suitable size of copper wire complete all specifed and directed.

Supply & fixing in repair Decorative gate moon light including 1 N x 20 W LED Lamp made up of high grade unbreakable polycarbonate material with including 50/40 mm GI Pipe to be grouted in PCC on gate/ground and suitable for mounting Pole Dia - 50 mm (max) OD. Dimension: Width: 200 mm & Height: 227 mm for Moon 200 decorative gate light all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in repair Capacitor (ISI Marked) 2.5 mfd complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make: Havells, HPL, L&T
