COMPREHENSIVE REPAIRMAINT OF LT PANEL EARTHING FEEDER PILLAR BOX AND CONNECTED WORKS UNDER GE NORTH AKHNOOR

Taking down of old U/S LT panel & Supply, installation, commissioning and testing new LT Panel Board of minimum size 1.2Mtr(height) x1.0Mtr (breath) x 0.4 Mtr (depth) factory made, CPRI approved weather, dust & vermin proof outdoor cubical compartmental type, Double door, front and back side openable, with providing rubber/PVC gasket of suitable size all sides of door, with Aluminium busbar wrapped with PVC tape/sleeves with maintained the colour code and Aluminium strip busbar of suitable size to MCCB input and MCCB output of suitable length for connection of cable from main busbar, made out of 2.00 mm thick mild steel CRCA sheet with 40 x 40 x 6mm size angle iron supporting frame and MC 75 channel base including applying two coats of Powder coated paint over exposed external & internal surfaces suitable for 3 phase 4 wire system 415/440 volts grade including complete connections of all outgoing / incomming existing cable of any size drawing / digging out cable from loops in trenches outside the substation building inclusive of necessary excavation and earthwork as required and relaying the cables and providing new sand cushioning and crimping suitable size of lugs and cable gland for all cable terminal connections of cables and fixed with suitable size nuts and botls of size as directed and embedded in PCC foundation of size as required in cement mortar 1:6 and plastering the same in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed comprising of the following fitment accessories :-

Busbar (a) Aluminium busbar of capacity 240 Amps wrapped with PVC sleeves having with maintained the colour code and provision of making holes with brass nuts, bolts & washers for cable connections including hydrograpic insulators with nuts & bolts at both ends = 04 nos. Incoming (a) MCCB, Thermal magnetic release, 4 poles, 415 Volts, Lcu = 36 KA breaking capacity, rating 200 Amps including all fixing accessories with both ends spreader links - 01 No. Outgoing (a) MCCB, adjustable thermal magnetic release type, 4 poles, 415 Volts, Ics = 100% Icu, 36 KA breaking capacity, rating 160 Amps including all fixing accessories with both ends spreader links -01 No. (b) MCCB, adjustable thermal magnetic release type, 4 poles, 415 Volts, Ics = 100% Icu, 25 KA breaking capacity, rating 100 Amps-02 nos and 63 Amp 4 pole 25 kA- 02 Nos including all fixing accessories with both ends spreader links -04 No. (c) MCB TPN 63 Amps, 415 Volts-01 Nos (d) MCB SPN 6-32 Amps, 230 Volts-02 Nos (e) Enamelled iron danger notice plate of 1.60 mm thick mild steel sheet of size 200 mm X 150mm , white with letters , figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red and fixed with nuts and bolts on door / shutter of JB for LT -01 No.

Material and labour for repair to any type of existing LT Panel board (indoor/ outdoor) including cutting necessary rusted portion of MS Sheet Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment with riveted, bolted or welded attachment providing MS Sheet of 2mm/3/15 mm of existing size and thickness and hinges to broken doors etc fixed including welding complete all as directed.

Material and labour for repair to any type of LT Panel board with Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc fixed with welding complete all as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of existing surface of Feeder pillar box /Junction Box/LT Panel and apply two coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed

Supply, laying, jointing & testing in trenches or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade, XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured LT electric power under ground cables, heavy duty with aluminium conductor of cross sectional area 150 sqmm 3.5 core with all fixing & connecting accessories such as Alluminium cable lugs, cable gland, nut, bolts, washer etc complete as specified and as directed including taking out existing U/S electric cable. (NOTE: Earthwork & Excavation, GI pipe brick protection etc shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule 'A' part).

Supply and fixing of LT indoor/out door Heat Shrink type 1100 Volt Jointing kit 70-120 Sqmm 3.5 core including taking down old U/S one all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including, spreading, levilling,watering and well ramming in layers not exe 25 cm thick each complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distence not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Sand cushioning to under ground cable, 8 cms thick before laying the cable and 15 cms thick after laying and stretching the cable in trenches including hand punning and consolidating, punned to 18cm thickness, complete all as specified and directed. Note : For payment purpose, only punned thickness shall be measured.

Laying B class brick common burnt clay of size 230mm x 115mm x 75 mm for protection of UG cable with width equal to length of bricks as mechanical protection laid dry and flat complete all as specified and as directed.

Horizontal boring across the existing road by mechanical means without disturbing the road surface for inserting 80 mm bore GI pipe all complete all as specified and as directed. ( Note :- GI pipe will be measured separately and paid respective item of sch 'A').

Steel tubing medium grade 80mm bore for protection of cable in trench including necessary fitting and jointing joints complete all as specified and as directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel plate electrodes of size 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground with earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below normal ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level connected to galvanised 25x4 mm earth lead by means of nuts bolts check nuts GI washers earth wire protected by galvanised iron pipe 15mm bore (Medium grade) for poles/ lightening arrestors/ GOD Switches/ transformer/ panel including connecting to HToverhead lines all as directed including concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type CI, precast RCC cover slab of size 30x30x10 cm with one handle for lifting made out of 8 mm diameter MS bar finnel wire mesh 20 mm bore galvanised iron pipe (medium grade) for watering charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers necessary earth work in soft/loose soil complete all as shown in electrical plate No 5 of SSR Part I including taking down old U/S earhing and testing on completion all as specified and directed.

GI Strip 32x6 mm buried underground/ fixing along wall/ roof etc including insulators, screw, saddle, for roof conductor /down conductor and connecting with test point properly on existing Accn incl dismantling and taking down unsv one complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repair copper bus bar of size 50 mm X 8 mm thick insulated with HT sleeves and provision of making holes as required with copper nuts, bolts & washers suitable for HT 11 KV VCB panel complete all as directed.

S&F in repair aluminium bus bar of size 70 mm X 8 mm thick insulated double with HT sleeves and provision of making holes as required with GI nuts, bolts & washers suitable for HT 11 KV busbar junction box complete all as directed.

PCC 1:4:8 type D2 ( using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) for foundation of poles etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

PCC 1:3:6 type C1 ( using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) for coping of poles etc. including use & waste of necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

Cable route indicator of size 30CmX20CmX3 mm thick MS sheet of suitable size (As approved by Engr-in-charge) duly painted with two coats black paint over a coat of red oxide primer and writing cable direction, Nature of cable (i.e HT/ LT MRS,Sub station etc.), size of cable (in SQMM) ,type of cable (HT/LT cable) with white paint, mounted on angle iron 40x40x3 mm, angle height 45 cm, (30cm below ground level) in PCC 1:4:8 block 20cmx20cmx15cm complete all as specified and as directed.
