SPECIAL REPAIR TO ROAD INSIDE DEPOT AREA

Amount

Surface excavation n.exc ( not exceeding) 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all a directed.

Repair to pot holes exc 30mm n.exc 1.00 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, path etc cutting around edges at least 25mm in depth and making good by applying evenly tack coat @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder (VG-30) 9.8 kg per 10 Sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (Including supply of premixed macadams binder and chippings)

Premixed bituminous macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (Consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) using paving bitumen VG-30 with binder content 4% by weight of total mix complete rolling with static power roller of capacity 8 to 10 ton complete all as directed.

M&L for preparing of existing black top surfaces of road by brushing with brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt, etc applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5 Kg per 10 sqm using VG-10 grade bitumen complete all as directed.

M&L for 40mm thick (Consolidated thickness) bituminous premix asphaltic semi-dense concrete (design mix) with 5.5% binder content (VG-30) by weight of total mix and mixed cement as inert material, laid with mechanical paver plant rolled and completed to required camber and gradient with 8 to 10 tone power roller complete all as directed.

M&L for preparation of new/old surface of road and applying 1.5 mm thick and 100 mm wide reflective resin thermoplastic paint by hot application of approved colour/make complete all as directed.

M&L for 75mm spread thickness Moorum/red bajri spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required complete all as directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance n.exc 50m & depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as directed.

S&F of colour reflective pavement marker (cat eye) with micro prismatic lens in both direction having thermoplastic body with flex resistant base & abrasion resistant creamer coating fixing of road surface with special adhesive complete all as per manufacturer instruction and all as directed.
