M & L for hardcore of broken stone or boulders of gauge n exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface.

M & L for 75 mm thick Plain Cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base.

Sand filling under floors for cushioning of including watering and consolidation.

M & L for machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade with grey cement and no pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Providing, cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses copings including necessary form work all as specified and as directed

Removing excavated soil n exc. 50m & depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m deep & n.exc 1.5m wide on plan in soft/loose soil and getting out complete all as spd and directed by EIC

Returning filling including spreading levelling watering and well ramming not exc.25 cm thick soft or oose soil and getting out complete as all spfd and directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L providing cement concrete in fdn filling and mass conc type C2 1:3:6 (40mm graded agg) all as specifed

M&L Brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:4 all as specified

S&F Fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in roof, wall etc

S&F 40 mm dia SS tubing as in hand rail etc with base plates including chain bolting,soldering,welding etc complete as required & as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

S&F Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc.

M & L for vitrified double charge tiles dark shed 10 mm thick ( square or rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exc 0.36 but n exc. .42 sqm each in floors etc. set and jointed with cement and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and incl 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer with CM 1:4 complete.

S&F Providing and fixing Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottomand sides with required EPDMrubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free,straight,mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P.brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Chief.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on brick surfaces of walls finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified

M&L PCC type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded agg) 50mm thick as in floors finished cement conc etc cement complete all as spfd

M & L for two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer over newly plastered wall surfaces

M&L for point wiring complete with PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS multistranded copper conductor cable conforming to IS:694 of size 1.5 Sqmm two single core drawn through in and including PVC concealed conduit pipe medium grade ISI Marked complete with one run of PVC insulated copper conductor cable 1.5 Sq mm single core green colour earth wire and connecting to earth dolly incl colour coding of cable shall be for phase, neutral and earth wire as specified in MES SSR Part I 1991 with terminal boxes concealed on wall, with modular inner & outer cover for fixing of switches/socket/regulator with screws complete including making good of disturbed surfaces of wall/ceiling/floor in same specification as per existing all as specified and directed.
