Provinding and fixing of chain link mesh fencing and preparation for plantation near NE OB and NCD and MO type quarters at MPPMCL Jabalpur

SOR Item No. 15.3 & P. No. 523:- Demolishing R.C.C. :- Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

SOR Item No. 15.31.1 & P. No. 528:- Dismantling fencing posts or struts:-Dismantling and stacking within 50 metres lead, fencing posts or struts including all earth work and dismantling of concreteetc. in base of Iron or pipe:- T’ or ‘L’ iron or pipe.

SOR Item No. 15.33 & P. No.528 :- Dismantling barbed wire or flexible wire rope in fencing:- Dismantling barbed wire or flexible wire rope in fencing ncluding making rolls and stacking within 50 metres lead.

SOR Item No. 2.6 & Page No. 13 :- Excavation soil:- Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth. 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottom disposal of excavated earth, lead up to 50m and lift up to 1.5m, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed. (No extra lift is payable if work is done by mechanical means) All kinds of soil.

SOR Item No. 28.2 & Page No. 815:- Supplying and stacking of good earth:-Supplying and stacking of good earth specific useful for plantation at site including royalty if any and carriage (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment).

SOR Item No. 28.4 & Page No. 815:- Supplying and stacking dung manure (fym) farm yard manure: Supplying and stacking at site dump manure from approved source, including carriage (manure measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payment).

SOR Item No. 28.9 & Page No. 816:- Mixing eart hand sludge or manure (fym) farm yard manure:- Mixing eart hand sludge or manure (fym) farm yard manure:-Mixing earth and sludge or manure in the required proportion specified or directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

SOR Item No. 28.8 & P. No. 815:- Spreading of sludge, dung manure and /or good earth:- Spreading of sludge, dump manure and / or good earth in required thickness as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Cost of sludge, dump manure and / or good earth to be paid separately).

SOR Item No. 4.1.2.3 & Page No. 40:- C.C. upto plinth level: Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work upto plinth level : With 40mm nominal size graded stone aggregate :- M-7.5 Nominal Mix -1 Cement : 4 sand : 8 graded stone aggregate.

SOR Item No. 10.2 & Page No.303 :- Structural steel work built up sections:- Structural steel work built up sections:- Structural steel work using M.S. flats, angles, channels I-section, H-section etc. riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

SOR Item No. 4.1.1.3 & Page No. 40:- C.C. upto plinth level: Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work upto plinth level: With 20mm nominal size graded stone aggregate. M-15 – Grade concrete.

SOR Item No.10.35 & Page No. 314:- Fencing with G.I. chain link fabric 3mm dia:-Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 25x25 mm made of G.I. wire of dia. 3mm including strengthening with 2mm dia. wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete, with posts of specified material and of standard design placed and embedded in cement concrete blocks 45x45x60cm of mix 1:5:10 (1cement :5 sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post on one side only and struts embedded in cement concrete blocks 70x45x50cm of the same mix, as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge. (cost of post painting earth work & C.C. to be paid separately)

SOR Item No. 13.65 & P. No. 479:- Synthetic enamel paint over a under coat: Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade: Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacture.
