Taking down ceiling Fans from any type of ceiling,Supply and Fixing of anti suicide Fan rod ( Smart Fan down rod), Anti suicide Fan rod having carrying capacity 10 to 50 Kgs then Smart rod/pipe open in centre and spring in the pipe expands. Thus, anyone trying to hang from fan come down safely. Suitable for any make of ceiling fans, Size of Rod is 15" (380mm) with MS pipe Zinc plated,MSME tested for performance test and opening at impact load of 22 kgf+ and spring hidding in the pipe, will expanded to amount 1 mtr and clearing of ceiling fan, refixing the ceiling fan to original position etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: Old Exsiting Rod should be deposited in AGE E/M store yard at AFS Mumbai.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 35 Watt 230V AC, SPD and 50000 hrs outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminium hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete, fixed on suitable size GI pipe with GI Pipe, bracket and anchor fastner for mounting complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc.removing materials to store for keeping in safe custodyor for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling unserviceable main switch/ kitkat DBs/ MCB including wooden board from existing position and making good disturbed surfaces of wall to match with existing surfaces all as specified and directed by Engr -in-Charge.

Taking down ceiling fan /exhaust fan of any size or make and refixing the same all as specified and directed by Engr -in-Charge.

M&L Point wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sq mm, with PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable of size 1.5 Sq mm stranded for earth continuity wire, to be drawn in and including, instave enamelled Conduit conceased not less then 20 mm width, with metal sunken switch with face plate for switch complete with brass screws with cup washers including all necessary wall cutting and making good disturbed surface all as directed and specified. Note : (1) Making good to match with the adjoining surface shall be included in the unit rate. (2) Rate is inclusive of Cutting/chases of wall/floor/ceiling

Supply and fixing of MCB SP 10 to 32 Amps, 10KA ,240 Volts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Earthing complete with copper plate electrode 60×60cm ×3.15mm size & copper strip 20 x 3 mm brazed with copper plate buried in ground not less than 1.5 Mtrs deep with PCC chamber complete all as specified and as directed means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of brass check nuts and washers of brass including necessary earth work, PCC chamber , CI cover with frame, funnel, mesh, Earth lead protection pipe, 7.5 Meter Earth Lead etc all as shown in electrical plate No 3 in SSR Part-II and connected to earth test point/LT Panel/Transformer including testing on completion all as directed by Engr in-Charge.
