Supply & installing of Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation having input & output voltage, Amps, Over & low voltage cutout and timer delay function etc digital display single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170 V to 250 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of ± 2.5% and of capacity 1 KVA with wall mounting bracket complete all as specified and as directed. (a) S & F split type Heat Pump water with following components including installation testing and commissioning Outdoor Air cooled Integrated or split type Heat Pump with recirculation mode having minimum compressor capacity 1.5/2.0 HP, hermetically sealed with environmental friendly refrigerant. At Rated heating Capacity, the heat pump must be able to deliver hot water at 65˚C (outlet temperature), at the rate not less than 120 litre per hour at minimum water inlet temperature of 4˚C and outlet temperature of 60˚C, and minimum 150 to 200 litre per hour in hybrid mode. Supplying, laying, jointing and testing Ductile iron pipe (ISI marked) class K-7, bore 100mm, confirming to IS : 8329-2K, spigot & socketed ends centrifugally cast, with cement mortar lining inside and metallic zinc coating with finishing layer of bituminous paint on outside the pipe, including rubber tyton joints (Push-on joint) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i) Earth work, DI specials/ fittings shall be measured and paid separetly however cost of joining is included in overall cost quoted by the contractor. (ii) Test Certificate for pipes from manufacturer shall be produced. No payment shall be entertained without Test Certificate.
Supply and fixing DI fitting upto 150 mm bore pipe line (K-12), confirming to IS : 9523-2K, for reducing/bends (any type radius and angle) tapers any type, straight, bend, increasing decreasing or double socket extra Tee pieces single branch Y 'Junction' double branch cross collers cap etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Make of DI fittings shall be same make as DI pipe or as per recommendation of DI pipe manufacturer.
Supply and fixing cast iron sluice valve 150 mm dia with flanged ends class PN 1.0 (heavy duty ISI marked) confirming to IS:14846-2000, drilled type, complete with stainless steel spindle, CI gate with brass ring, iron wheel handle, complete including jointing material such as nuts, bolts, washers and rubber sheet insertion 3.0mm thick at both ends etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Material and labour for Construction of brick masonary valve pit chamber size 45 X 45 X 70 cm (internal dimension) using sub class 'B' bricks complete including excavation & earth work, returning fillig and disposal of surplus soil to distance not exceeding 50m and deposited where directed, PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation, coping on top in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, brick work in cement mortar (1:4), inner plaster 12 mm thick in cm (1:3) finished even and smooth and pionting flush externally as the work proceeds in the same mortar, MS sheet cover 3.15mm thick mounted on angle iron frame of size 40 x 40 x 6mm with handle and locking arrangement duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and embeded portion of MS work duly applying black bitumenous paint before embeded complete all as specified and as directed.
Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, connected to and including GI earthing strip 32x6mm by means of GI bolts/nuts/washers and protected by 40 mm bore GI light grade pipe upto 7.5 mtr length, fixing with 02 Nos nuts and bolts and protection pipe fixed with and including flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts and washers. Earth plate shall be surrounded by alternate packed layer 15 cm thick of charcoal or coke and common salt all around bottom and top. 20 mm bore GI medium grade pipe for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, PCC chamber pit made with PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) including necessary form work, excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning filling and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m, Pit cover 40mm thick made with RCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) including TMT reinforcement 8mm dia @ 75mm c/c both way, MS handle 12mm dia, cover rest on MS angle iron frame 40x40x6mm embeded in concrete duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified & shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR 2009 (Part-I) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- (i) PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 metre away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner. (ii) Protection pipe and GI earthing strip upto 7.5 mtr from top of earth plate shall be included in the unit rate of this item. (iii) The earth testing arrangement should be done by the contractor as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Material and labour for boring of holes under main road pavement, hard standing or any other situation by manual mean for accommodate 40mm to 100mm bore GI tube (light grade) in the drilled holes, including returning, filling in the end working space including removal of surplus soil and making good the surface complete all as specified and as directed. Note ; (GI pipe and cable shall be measured and paid separately)
