Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) n.exc 1.5 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) exceeding 1.5 Sqm and n.exc 4 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls or stone walls of any description etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness, below or above ground level, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or walls tilling and terrazo topping including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing), rubish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden/steel frames or stone, concrete or brick surrounds, glazed with putty or fixed with beads, complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation n exc 30cm depth and averaging 15 cm depth and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n.exc. 0.5 cum getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m, in soft/loose soil and making good surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n.exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 5mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work, concrete sruface in cement mortar (1:3) as in ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
