Supply and fixing 6mm thick china glazed tiles of first quality in skirting or dado laid with 1:3 cement and approved coarse sand mortar finished with white cement slurry jointing and polishing complete including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. SI No. 628.

12 mm Thick Plaster with cement and approved coarse sand in proportion 1:4 over brick work including supply of all materials labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per S.I. No. 584 Ch. 13.

S/F of 32 mm thick commercial quality plywood board flush shutters generally confirming to I.S. 2202 part I (1983) including fixing of wooden cleats and stops and hinges bolt nut handles, spring & other fittings & including painting with two coats or black japan on all iron fitting (S.I. No. 470 A).
