(N.S.) Note: - 1. Only crushed stone metal material should be used. No local earth/natural occurring sand shall be used. The material finer than 425 micron shall have zero Plasticity Index (PL) 2. Materials to be used and operations of manufacturing shall be approved by engineer."

Providing and laying Prime coat on New WMM surface with bitumen 0.75 Kg per sqm (Including Cost of Primer )

Providing & laying 80mm DBM using the reclaimed material to the extent of 30% of the required quantity after carrying out necessary checked and evaluation, adding fresh material including rejuvenation as required, grade, level and thickness, all as specified in clause 519. (5th revision) 2013 using bitumen VG-30 (minimum Bitumen's 4.50% i/c bitumen of retrieved material as per job mix formula) using 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant, with appropriate arrangement for use of R.A.P., appropriate rollers and with hydraulic paper finisher with sensor control to the required grade. 2. If bitumen required more than 4.50% as per job mix formula no extra payment will be paid extra bitumen required will be considered as incidental to work.

Providing and laying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 grade pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg. per sqm On the prepared bitumen/granular surface cleaned with mechnical broom including cost of bitumen as per clause No. 503 (5th edition) 2013 as per MORT&H specification (N.S)

Description: Providing and laying 40 mm thick bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, coarse aggregate of nominal size 11.2 mm grade – I and coarse sand of size 2.80mm to 90 micron, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @5.40% percent by weight of mix and cement filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying [ as per 501.5.3 to 501.5.4] with a sensor paver & with finisher of sensor paver will be minimum 7 M wide and rolling with road roller and vibratory roller with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers [ as per MORT & H clause 501.6 & 501.7] to achieve the desired compaction as per MORT & H specification clause No. 509 complete in all respect. (40mm thick), giving density not less than 2.40 gm/cc to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cast in situ kerbs in cement concrete M-20 as per MORT & H specification-409 with suitable kerb casting machine in all situations finished & smooth exposed surface complete in all respect.
